- Sasol Chemicals SASOLAB C12L Alkylate is used in the production of linear alkylbenzene sulfonate (LAS), which is used as a surfactant in light-duty liquid dishwashing compounds, heavy-duty liquid and powder laundry products, all-purpose cleaners and industrial cleaners.
- It may also be used as a rheology modifier.
