1 of 9 products in this brand
CULINARY EXTRACT SIGN'NATURE® BRAISED VEGETABLES is a liquid paste form of vegetables extract. It is the result of a mix of a fine selection of cooked vegetables. The flavor profile reveals the authentic flavors of a braising stock. It is characterized by caramelized onion, tomatoes and garlic cooked in a bit of vegetable oil. It is recommended to bring typical notes of cooked vegetables to gravy. It will also be enhanced in admixture with the Extrait Culinaire SIGN'NATURE® Roasted Chicken, Beef, Crustacean or Lobster. It will raise the taste of a pan of cooked vegetables, starch (rice, couscous, wheat ...) or meat stuffing.
