This is the result of the Extrait Culinaire SIGN'NATURE® Mixed Vegetables. It is delicious and full of flavors product that reminds us of the traditional vegetable casserole. It can be used to bring roundness and body to a white sauce, a soup or a velouté. It will be perfectly enhanced in admixture with the Extrait Culinaire SIGN'NATURE® Poached Chicken, Veal or Fish.
