- Applications
- Applications
Indoors and outdoors on steel, aluminum, pickled zinc, electrogalvanized, earthenware*, bare or coated with old adhering paints in good condition. Indoors only, on concrete, cement and hydraulic coatings (pH <9), plaster and derivatives, plaster tiles, sanded melamine, wood and derivatives, PVC and copper.
- Application Characteristics
Conditions Application: Exterior: ambient and surface temperature between 5° and 35°C - Hygrometry < 80% RH. Substrate temperature at least 3°C above dew point; avoid surfaces that are frozen, damp or too hot, do not apply in rainy, foggy weather, in strong winds or in direct sunlight. In general, moisture content of masonry < 5%. Interior: ambient and substrate temperature between 8° and 35°C - Hygrometry < 70% RH. Do not apply on condensing substrates.
Dilution: Ready to use.
Equipment Cleaning: With white spirit immediately after use.
- Implementation
After 20 min of drying, sand lightly with fine grit sandpaper. The surface can be covered with any type of acrylic, alkyd solvent or aqueous phase finish. On old adhering paints: preparation of the support, in particular by degreasing with DAF 310 and roughening of glossy paints, then application of a coat of ADERPRIM MULTI'SPRAY. Shake the aerosol well until you hear the ball inside. Continue to agitate for at least one minute to make the paint homogeneous. On new wood such as: - Soft wood (Framiré, Okoumé, Poplar, Pine, Pichpin): preparation of the support, in particular by eliminating resin drips with DAF 310, then application of a coat of ADERPRIM MULTI'SPRAY.
Spray 20 cm from the surface crossing the passes without loading. Indoors On substrates such as: - Cement, hydraulic coatings, concrete (pH<9), cardboard plasterboard, plaster (except plaster tiles), sanded melamine: preparation of the substrate then application of a layer of ADERPRIM MULTI' SPRAY. On other supports such as stainless steel, galvanized steel, polycarbonate, exterior PVC, glass, porcelain stoneware, cement plaster and fresh concrete (pH>9), wood containing antioxidants (iroko, padouk, etc.) which would prevent drying , consult the technical data sheets for primers of the AQUAPRIM MICRO type or of the PROTEC range or contact our technical departments. In general, after preparation, the substrates must be healthy, cohesive, clean and dry to receive a coat of ADERPRIM MULTI'SPRAY. - Aluminum, zinc: preparation of the support, in particular by degreasing with DAF 310 then pickling with SOLUTION NT 330 followed by rinsing with water, drying, then application of a coat of ADERPRIM MULTI'SPRAY. The adjacent surfaces will be protected from projections and if necessary clean immediately. - Lightly oxidized ferrous metals: in addition to the preparations mentioned above, cleaning/scraping of the corroded parts before applying a coat of BLOC RUST on the rusty parts, then applying a coat of ADERPRIM MULTI'SPRAY. The supports must comply with the DTU concerning them and in particular with NF DTU 59.1. Indoors and outdoors On metals such as: - Nonoxidized ferrous metals, electrogalvanized: preparation of the support, in particular by degreasing with DAF 310 then application of a layer of At the end of the application, purge the aerosol: turn it over and spray until a transparent gas is produced. If the nozzle is clogged, unscrew it and clean it with a needle. ADERPRIM MULTI'SPRAY. Prior recognition necessary to determine the most suitable preparation for their condition and nature (cleaning, washing/rinsing, sanding, scraping,
degreasing, roughening, dusting, etc.).
- Hardwoods (Doussié, Niangon, Teak): preparation of the support, in particular by degreasing with DAF 310, then application of a layer of
ADERPRIM MULTI'SPRAY.
- Hard woods with tannins (oak, chestnut): preparation of the support, then application of a coat of ADERPRIM MULTI'SPRAY. Use ADERPRIM MULTI'SPRAY in white
- PVC, copper, earthenware* : preparation of the support in particular by degreasing with DAF 310 then application of a coat of ADERPRIM
