A unique combination of complementary waxes, Super Taber 5509 N1 increases the surface slip of the coating while imparting excellent abrasion resistance. As such, it is especially effective for reducing initial wear and provides excellent resistance to Taber abrasion, falling sand abrasion, and can slide wear. Coatings: Industrial, wood, and powder coatings, particularly those with poor slip properties.
Super Taber 5509 N1 can be easily incorporated into coatings by simple stirring. However, the use of high-speed mixing and dispersion equipment will not adversely affect the inter-coat adhesion or physical characteristics of the coating. If the slip is not required, use Shamrock's Taber Tiger 5512.
