SPP-25 is a low molecular weight polypropylene texturing agent. The SPP Series consists of polypropylene powders in a controlled range of particle sizes. These products are stir-in powders that can be easily dispersed under high-speed mixing in solvent, UV, or water-based inks & coatings.

Hydrocer 257 is a stable, non-ionic aqueous synthetic wax dispersion.

SST®-2 is a white low MW PTFE micropowder with particle size distribution at a mean value of 8 µm. SST®-2 products are Shamrock’s PTFE micropowders that are defined by particle size and distribution, molecular weight, crystallinity, surface area, oil adsorption, powder flow, and color. Made primarily from highly controlled recycled PTFE feedstocks, SST® products are used for their ability to produce slip, nonstick, water repellency, texture, release, rub, and abrasion resistance to surfaces.

HydroCER 584 is a 35% aqueous dispersion of high molecular weight polyethylene wax. The HydroCER products are wax emulsions, dispersions, or a combination of these.

HydroCER EC-36 is a 35% APEO-free carnauba wax emulsion in a stable anionic surfactant system. The HydroCER products are wax emulsions, dispersions, or a combination of these.

CeraSPERSE 31 is carnauba wax compounded in Butyl Carbitol (Diethylene glycol monobutyl ether). This slow-evaporating, hydrophilic glycol ether provides compatibility with both polar and non-polar systems. Shamrock’s CeraSPERSE products are manufactured using a controlled crystallization process that allows the production of 1 micron wax dispersions. These wax compounds have a translucent appearance with a shiny gloss and a creamy feel. In addition to our standard products, Shamrock can develop and produce a wide range of compounds on a make-to-order basis.

Fluoro GT 130 is a 25-35 micron powder. Fluoro GT designates a series of PTFE micro powders made from highly crystalline, sintered PTFE. These products can be added with minimal to no change to the viscosity of the system. They impart excellent lubricity and wear resistance.

CeraSPERSE 171 is a synthetic wax compounded in refined linseed oil. Shamrock’s CeraSPERSE products are manufactured using a controlled crystallization process that allows the production of 1 micron wax dispersions. These wax compounds have a translucent appearance with a shiny gloss and a creamy feel. In addition to our standard products, Shamrock can develop and produce a wide range of compounds on a make-to-order basis.

Fluoro GT 105 is a 5 micron polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) micropowder. Fluoro GT designates a series of PTFE micro powders made from highly crystalline, sintered PTFE. S-381-N1 is a micronized synthetic and natural wax alloy that has a uniform melting range peaking at 91°C. Shamrock’s product line of micronized waxes provide rub and abrasion resistance. S-395-SP5 is a synthetic wax with a DSC melt peak above 120°C, good crystallinity, and the high onset of melt. Shamrock’s product line of micronized waxes provides rub and abrasion resistance. S-394-N1 is a synthetic wax with a DSC melt peak above 110°C and good onset of melting. Shamrock’s product line of micronized waxes provide rub and abrasion resistance. Included in this line are products that provide gloss, matting, clarity, and controlled slip in a range of particle sizes

S-381-N5 is a modified, micronized blend of natural and synthetic wax that has a uniform melting range peaking at 91°C. Shamrock's product line of micronized waxes provide rub and abrasion resistance. FluoroSLIP® 893-A is a stir-in powder blend of spherical micronized polyethylene (PE) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).

NonSKID 8001 is a combination of micronized polypropylene and PTFE. Shamrock’s NonSKID micropowders provide resistance to sliding forces.

SST®-1MG is a friable grade of PTFE powder which can be reduced to an average particle size of 1 – 2 microns.

HydroCER 605 is a 50% active blend of high molecular weight polyethylene (PE) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) dispersed in water.

HydroCER 7410 is a 45% aqueous dispersion of medium molecular weight polyethylene wax. The HydroCER products are wax emulsions, dispersions, or a combination of these.

S-483 is a spherical synthetic wax with a DSC melt peak above 110°C. It has good onset of melting and low crystallinity. Hydrocer 7112 is a stable, aqueous synthetic wax dispersion. Keep the lid tight on the container to avoid separation. If this product has separated, simple mixing with paddle or propeller mixer is all that will be required. The Hydrocer products are wax emulsions, dispersions, or a combination of these.

TexMATTE 6005 is a cross-linked polymethyl methacrylate product.

FluoroSLIP® 533 is a blend of hydrophilic synthetic wax and PTFE where the synthetic wax shows a uniform melting range peaking at 97°C.

S-NAUBA 5021 is a concentrated blend of carnauba and synthetic wax showing melting peaks ranging from 84 – 110°C. Shamrock’s product line of micronized waxes provides rub and abrasion resistance. PowderTEX 94 is a pure polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) developed as a texturing agent for powder coatings.
