FluoroSLIP® 421T is a blend of spherical synthetic wax and PTFE.

SST®-3 is a white low MW PTFE micropowder with particle size distribution at a mean value of 5 µm. SST products are Shamrock’s PTFE micropowders that are defined by particle size and distribution molecular weight, crystallinity, surface area, oil adsorption, powder flow, and color. Made primarily from highly controlled recycled PTFE feedstocks, SST products are used for their ability to provide slip, nonstick, water repellency, texture, release, rub, and abrasion resistance to surfaces.

NonSKID 59 is a micronized, modified polypropylene wax. Shamrock's NonSKID micropowders provide resistance to sliding forces.

SST®-2D is a white low MW PTFE powder with a particle size mean value of 7 µm. SST®-2D has a tightly controlled particle size distribution, resulting in fewer oversized particles. NonSKID 5389 is a micronized, modified polypropylene wax. Shamrock’s NonSKID micropowders provide resistance to sliding forces. NonSKID 5389 is used in air dry, baked, and radiation coatings for aqueous, solvent, UV, and powder systems at 3-5% of total formula weight.

CeraSPERSE 31 is carnauba wax compounded in Butyl Carbitol (Diethylene glycol monobutyl ether). This slow-evaporating, hydrophilic glycol ether provides compatibility with both polar and non-polar systems. Shamrock’s CeraSPERSE products are manufactured using a controlled crystallization process that allows the production of 1 micron wax dispersions. These wax compounds have a translucent appearance with a shiny gloss and a creamy feel. In addition to our standard products, Shamrock can develop and produce a wide range of compounds on a make-to-order basis.

S-232 MG is a micronized polyethylene-carnauba wax alloy. S-232 also is available in N1, N5 and SD3 grades.

S-256-N1 is a carnauba and synthetic wax alloy showing melting peaks ranging from 95 – 113°C. Shamrock’s product line of micronized waxes provide rub and abrasion resistance.

S-400-N1 is micronized EBS (ethylene bisstearamide) wax powder showing melting peaks ranging from 99 – 147°C. Shamrock’s product line of micronized waxes provides rub and abrasion resistance. Included in this line are products that provide gloss, matting, clarity, and controlled slip in a range of particle sizes.

S-NAUBA 5021 is a concentrated blend of carnauba and synthetic wax showing melting peaks ranging from 84 – 110°C. Shamrock’s product line of micronized waxes provides rub and abrasion resistance. S-395-N5 is a synthetic wax with a DSC melt peak above 120°C, good crystallinity and high onset of melt. Shamrock’s product line of micronized waxes provide rub and abrasion resistance. S-363 is a synthetic wax alloy showing melting peaks ranging from 92 – 141°C. Shamrock’s product line of micronized waxes provide rub and abrasion resistance. Included in this line are products that provide gloss, matting, clarity, and controlled slip in a range of particle sizes.

S-483 is a spherical synthetic wax with a DSC melt peak above 110°C. It has good onset of melting and low crystallinity. Shamrock’s product line of micronized waxes provide rub and abrasion resistance. TexMATTE 6005 is a cross-linked polymethyl methacrylate product.
