Cellulase is a linear polysaccharide of glucose residues connected by β-1,4. Cellulases are multicomponent enzyme system, with endoglucanases (EGs) that hydrolyse cellulase chains randomly. cel lobiohydro l ases (CBHs) that hydrolyse cellobiose from the polymer ends and cellobiases that hydrolyse cellobiose to glucose β-glucanases (BG)
- Application Guide
- Complex feed enzyme: the recommended dosage is 0.03-0.1kg/t raw material (base on 100000 u/ml).
- Textile lndustry: the recommended dosage for trial test is as follows: 0.5-2.0% (owf) pH 4.5-5.5, Temperature 45-55°C. Bath ratio 1:10-25 .keep for 30-60 minutes.
- In production of rice wine or cassava alcohol in solid fermentation methods, the recomended dosage is 0.15-0. 25 kg/t raw material.
- In Chinese med icine industry: the recomended dosage is 0. 05-0. 2kg/t raw material based on 100000 u/ml, pH 4.5-5.5, temperature 45-55°C, Keep for 60-120 minutes.
- In fruit juice industry: the recommended dosage is 0.05-0. 4 L/t pulp based on 100000 u/ml, Keep for 1-5 hours at right temperature and pH.

This product is organic biochemical substance, high temperature, strong acid & strong alkaline will cause inactivation of enzyme. So, avoid exposure to sunlight when being transported. Solid enzyme should avoid direct sunlight and rain. It should be kept in clean, cool and dry place.
