This product is a general term which can hydrolyze β-glycosidic bond chain to glucose polymer. It include 1,3-1,4-B-glucanase, 1,3-β- glucanase, 1,2-1,4-β- glucanase, 1,4-β- glucanase and 1,3-1,6-β-glucanase, it divide endo-Glucanse and exoglucanase according to the function. This enzyme make β-glucanase degrade to low molecular weight fragment and lose hydrophile and viscosity.
- Application Guide
In the manufacture of beer, when sacchar ification stage begin, The recommended dosage is 0.05-0. 25 L/t malt (base on 20000 uw/m1).
In the feed complex enzyme: the recommended dosage is 0.02-0.1 kg/t complete feed (base on 20000 u/ml).
In the cane sugar industry: it is usually used in sugar viscosity increase, filtration difficulty and crystal difficulty caused in microbial infection. The trial recommended dosage is 0. 05L/t dry basis ( base on 20000 u/ml).
Other industries, it depend on the different substrate concentration and operation conditions or according to the instructions of technicians.

This product is organic biochemical substance, high temperature, strong acid & strong alkaline will cause inactivation of enzyme. So, avoid exposure to sunlight when being transported. Solid enzyme should avoid direct sunlight and rain. It should be kept in clean, cool and dry place.
