Silicone Solutions SS-18 is a fast curing silicone RTV adhesive developed for applications requiring fast deep section cures as well as excellent adhesion. SS-18 is a 2-part, 1:1 mix ratio silicone that when ixed and applied to the substrate, allows handling within minutes. When cured, the elastomer resists weathering, ozone, moisture, UV and high temperatures. SS-18 works well in static mix dispensing equipment.

Silicone Solutions SS-1004 is a high performance thermally conductive liquid gap filling material. It is formulated to develop a very soft, form in place elastomer ideal for coupling hot PC board components to heat sinks. It is supplied as a two part, 1:1 mix ratio silicone that when mixed, cures at room temperature, or when exposed to heat results in a cured elastomer in 5 minutes.

Silicone Solutions SS-154 is a UV dual cure neutral silicone RTV adhesive rubber developed for applications requiring fast UV cure. SS-154 is a 1-part silicone that when applied and cured, allows handling of the bonded assembly within seconds. A secondary moisture cure enables full curing in shadowed areas. SS-154 works well in manual and automatic dispensing equipment.
