Originally founded as a trout farm, later successful in the classic smoked fish sector, today we are purely a supplier for the food processing industry. We produce pieces of fish that can be used industrially in the form of cubes, strips, flakes or chips as preliminary products for ready meals of all kinds. Our products are used, for example, as ingredients in delicatessen salads, in sandwiches, in frozen meals or as a pizza topping . The cornerstone of our corporate success is the production of safe food of the highest quality. This begins with the purchase of selected raw materials and includes all processes up to the delivery of the finished product to our customers. Quality assurance employees, who are involved in all processes on a daily basis, bear the greatest responsibility. The great strength that we invest in this area ultimately pays off through satisfied customers. The production facility in Merzig went into operation in January 2008. It is characterized by the most modern equipment (machines, freezing systems, ...) and clearly structured paths and processes. "
