FULL METAL JACKET™ is a fast set, rapid curing, 100% solids, flexible, two-component “hybrid” polyurea spray coating material that incorporates both polyurethane and polyurea. It is designed to be used as a spray-applied truck bed liner. It can also be used in other, similar applications where a seamless, flexible system is essential. It creates an extremely tough monolithic membrane at a minimum thickness of just 10 mils.

K5™ is an ultra high-strength, high-elongation polyurea, originally developed as a resilient blast resistant polymer. Soon after, it was discovered that K5™ is exceptionally resistant to abrasion, compared to other spray applied coatings. K5™ can be sprayed on to virtually any surface configuration, at any thickness. Therefore, it can be selectively applied to high wear areas.

AQUASEAL™ is a state-of-the-art, high performance, spray applied plural-component pure polyurea elastomer. This system is based on amine-terminated polyether resins, amine chain extenders, and MDI prepolymers. It provides a flexible, resilient, tough, monolithic membrane with water and chemical resistance.

ECO-RISE™ (2.0 lb – 6.0 lb density) is a two component, closed cell, rigid structural polyurethane foam system. With millions of pounds applied in geotechnical applications over decades, SPI foams can be specifically engineered for your concrete slab lifting, road lifting and/or soil stabilization projects. This product has excellent processing characteristics, dimensional stability, and adhesion to substrate. ECO-RISE™ is formulated using only virgin Polyether polyols enhancing its hydrolytic stability characteristics.

ENVELO-SEAL™ 2.7 CL1 S is a two-component closed-cell polyurethane foam insulation system, designed for sprayapplications. ENVELO-SEAL™ 2.7 CLI S was developed using an EPA approved Zero ODP blowing agent. This productprovides superior energy efficiency and air infiltration control. This product is an approved roofing material.

SPI’s patented PTU™ 100% pure polyurea is a new generation of high-performance polyurea coating and is the resultof six years of development and field testing. This chemical resistant coating provides high-ductility, allowing itto move with expanding and contracting surfaces. PTU™ can be sprayed to any thickness in one application andreturned to service in a matter of hours.

AMP™ 100 spray-applied, plural-component 100% pure polyurea is a unique synergy of aliphatic and aromatic polymer chemistry. AMP™ 100 pure polyurea is formulated using amine terminated polyether resins, amine chain extenders, and aliphatic and aromatic prepolymers. For many applications this highly cross-linked elastomer offers an economical alternative to pure aliphatic protective coatings. AMP™ 100 can be used as a stand-alone product or as a topcoat over aromatic polyureas, polyurethanes, or hybrids.

ENVELO-SEAL™ 2.0 IB W spray foam wall insulation is a two-component polyurethane foam insulation system. Ithas a 1.9 - 2.2 PCF spray in place density. ENVELO-SEAL™ 2.0 IB W was developed using an EPA approved zero ODPblowing agent. This product provides superior energy efficiency and air filtration control. The product can be used inopen wall cavities, crawlspaces, perimeter rim joists, cathedral ceilings, and garage ceilings. ENVELO-SEAL™ 2.0 IB Wmeets the USDA criteria for incidental food contact.

HARD CAP™ 100 spray-applied, plural-component, 100% pure polyurea is an ideal choice when a durable high buildcoating for interior and exterior applications with excellent color stability and gloss retention is required. HARD CAP™100 provides a flexible, resilient, tough, monolithic membrane with good water and chemical resistance.

ELASTAFLEX™ HP is a unique blend of aliphatic and aromatic polymer chemistry with greater color/gloss retentionand is more UV resistant than aromatic polyureas*. ELASTAFLEX™ HP is a very economical 100% pure polyurea whichexhibits very high tensile strength and elongation. ELASTAFLEX™ HP was stretched to twice the samples originallength at 30 times per minute, more than 530,000 times before breaking.

AQUASEAL™ HI RISE X3 is a unique elastomer that expands approximately 300% of its original volume duringthe spray application. In place yield is ±50 mils per gallon per 100 sq. ft. when sprayed through a SPI LOCK N LOADTMgun. As X3 rises, it bridges substrate imperfections to virtually eliminate blowholes and pinholes when applied toporous surfaces such as vertical poured concrete and concrete masonry units (cmu). X3 is formulated with the “ULTRABONDTM” molecule therefore is self-priming in most instances.
