STRUKTOL® HT 276 A recent addition to the Struktol product line. Designed for use in silica-filled compounds, it provides the maximum benefit in extrudate appearance. It is especially recommended for use in NR/silica compounds, providing viscosity reduction, scorch protection and dynamic property improvement.

Activator 73 A - Multifunctional cure activators for the sulfur vulcanization of diene rubber, especially natural rubber. They can partly or totally replace conventional activators based on fatty acids (stearic acid, zinc stearate, and zinc 2-ethylhexanoate) and impart excellent reversion resistance. They can also be used as an effective physical peptizer for the mastication of natural rubber to improve processability in mixing, extrusion and molding. "LM" is designed for low shear and low temperature mixes.

WB 300used in NBR, ECO, and ACM to improve oil and fuel resistance. Due to its incompatibility with aliphatic hydrocarbons, mineral oils and greases, it will not leach from vulcanizates and thus minimizes hardening and shrinkage.

Koresin (BASF) - This product can be used as a high performance tackifier for natural and synthetic elastomers for improving long term building tack in compounds and cements.

STRUKTOL® WS 180 Unique silicone chemistry for use with a wide variety of specialty elastomers

W 34 - A combination of zinc-free fatty acid derivatives. It is used as a filler dispersing agent in a wide range of polymers (NR, SBR, IIR, EPDM, CR, CSM, and ACM), and can be used in open mill production as well as production in internal mixers.

WB 212 - A blend of high molecular weight, aliphatic fatty acid esters and condensation products. These processing aids are zinc-free and are designed to improve processing with no reduction in cured properties.

STRUKTOL® WS 280 Organosilicone providing maximum heat stability in FKM and FVMQ compounds

TPW 113 - Designed for filled olefin compounds as a processing aid and acts as a synergist to enhance properties and can be used with our without coupling agents.

WB 42 - A zinc-free blend of fatty acid derivatives that provides internal as well as external lubricationin a wide range of elastomers, resulting in improved flow, cavity fill, mold release and extrusion. It does not affect peroxide cures.

ZEH-DL - As a rubber soluble zinc soap, it is used instead of stearic acid and reduces stress relaxation and primary creep of NR-vulcanizates, especially in combination with soluble EV-systems. ZEH-DL is a free flowing powder; it offers processing advantages compared to the high viscosity of ZEH.

KW 600 - A plasticizer with extremely low pour point offering excellent low temperature flexibility.

SCA 98WT used in highly dynamic elastomer applications, including tires to improve reinforcingcapabilities. These silanes will improve abrasion, lower hysteresis, improve adhesion and processing.

Morstille 18C DSTDP - DLTDP and DSTDP thioester secondary antioxidants for use in conjunction with phenolic primary antioxidants in a wide range of polymers.

TR 052 - A versatile additive that has found many uses in polymer applications such as compatibilization of dissimilar materials, dispersing agent and flow modifier.

RP 11 - Lubricating viscosity modifiers for polypropylene that provide consistent melt flow change in both virgin and recycled materials. These multi-functional additives are formulated to meet the desired amount of melt change in a given range. Available with odor control additives incorporated as needed, as is the case with RP 23 and RP 38. RP 38 is designed to work well in contaminated mixed recycle streams.

STRUKTOL® HT 207 A zinc-free processing aid especially designed for use with silica-filled elastomers. It improves extrusion rate, reduces hysteresis, and reduces mill roll sticking. It has a slight activation effect in sulfur-cured compounds which in some instances is very desirable.

AW 1 - An antistatic plasticizer for mineral filled NBR, SBR, and NR compounds. A surface resistance as low as 1 x 106 Ohms can be achieved in NBR vulcanizates.

MR 187 - A silicone free anti-tack agent (liquid, water soluble, mandrel release) and external lubricant for rubber processing. It has been especially designed for EPDM hoses, both peroxide and sulfur cross-linked, but can also be used successfully as a lubricantfor cured rubber articles. It is biodegradable.

SCA 960 - An epoxy-functional silane used as a coupling agent for thermoset elastomers with glass or mineral fillers, or forepoxy composites.

SCA 1100 - A versatile coupling agent for many thermoset and thermoplastic resins with glass and mineral fillers.

STRUKTOL® HT 750 Newly developed additive for diamine cross-linked polymers Improves silica dispersion in AEM, ACM and HNBR

ZB 47 - A proprietary zinc compound which promotes processing in filled rubber systems. It offers heat stability (reversion resistance) and improves dynamic properties in natural rubber compounds containing mineral fillers and silane coupling agents. It can improve tack and tack retention of high natural rubber compounds.

HT 105A - A non-discoloring multifunctional additive used as a mild mastication additive. It combines both chemical and physical peptizing functionality. This additive favors the breakdown of high molecular weight chains alone, resulting in more uniform molecular weight distribution and better dynamic vulcanizate properties.

TR EBS - Ethylene bisstearamide wax for a wide range of polymers used for improved dispersion of pigments and fillers and viscosity modification. TR EBS VG is manufactured from high quality vegetable acid with low iodine value.

40 MS - This homogenizing agent is particularly effective with those elastomer blends that tend to crumble at the beginning of the mixing cycle. It is used to improve the homogeneity of elastomers of different polarity and viscosity. It also reduces mill bagging behavior, extrusion rates are increased without increasing die swell, and calendering properties are improved. Increases the green tack of many compounds although it is not strictly a tackifier.

Calcium Stearateused by the rubber and plastic industries as an effective elastomer processing aid and release agent. The low chloride content of STRUKTOL® Calcium Stearate allows for complete product dispersion in elastomers. Our "GR" version offers low dust and easy handling.

A 60 - A rubber soluble zinc soap leading to rapid physical peptization. It starts to be effective at lower mixing temperatures and can be used for mastication in a separate stage as well as for single stage mixing. A 60DH has a lower melting profile than A 60.

Carstab DLTDP - DLTDP and DSTDP thioester secondary antioxidants for use in conjunction with phenolic primary antioxidants in a wide range of polymers.

WB 700A - Coated zinc oxide with 91% ZnO for natural and synthetic rubber compounds.

A 86 are used as a combination peptizing and processing additive and are effective in both natural and synthetic rubber. A 80 and A 82 are easily dispersed in rubber due to their high concentration of dispersing agent. A 86 contains more active substance and can therefore be used at lower dosages.

TPW 709 - A highly efficient lubricant used when a broad range of composites are in the mix and can be used with or without coupling agents.

SCA 971 - Promote adhesion of a polymer to an inorganic substrate or filler

MAGNESIUM STEARATE - A high purity stearate with a low soluble salt level that reduces discoloration during processing. It is an excellent dusting agent to prevent surface adhesion in ABS plastic and in other thermoplastics.
