ZEH-DL - As a rubber soluble zinc soap, it is used instead of stearic acid and reduces stress relaxation and primary creep of NR-vulcanizates, especially in combination with soluble EV-systems. ZEH-DL is a free flowing powder; it offers processing advantages compared to the high viscosity of ZEH.

SCA 98WT used in highly dynamic elastomer applications, including tires to improve reinforcingcapabilities. These silanes will improve abrasion, lower hysteresis, improve adhesion and processing.

WB 700A - Coated zinc oxide with 91% ZnO for natural and synthetic rubber compounds.

Calcium Stearateused by the rubber and plastic industries as an effective elastomer processing aid and release agent. The low chloride content of STRUKTOL® Calcium Stearate allows for complete product dispersion in elastomers. Our "GR" version offers low dust and easy handling.

VLB-618 - External lubricant, excellent for calendering clear rigid PVC, and high speed wire & cable. VLB-618 is the vegetable based version.

ZINC STEARATE VG (USP Grade) - Manufactured from a high quality vegetable fatty acid with a low iodine value in a tightly controlled production operation that guarantees product uniformity.

ZINC STEARATE CM (USP Grade) - This clear melt zinc stearate is one of the most widely used additives in the plastics field. It also serves as a lubricant or emulsifier in the toiletries and cosmetics areas, and can be used for mold release.

V-EGS - A very compatible internal/external lubricant for rigid PVC.

VLB-602 - External lubricant, excellent for calendering clear rigid PVC, and high speed wire & cable. VLB-618 is the vegetable based version.

SU 95AF coated sulfurs contain dispersing and wetting agents and can be used to enhance sulfur dispersion in any natural or synthetic rubber compound. They are active dispersions of oil treated sulfur at the following activities: SU 95AF = 95% (soluble), SU 109A = 75% (insoluble), SU 120A = 83% (soluble), SU 135A = 75% (½ soluble and ½ insoluble).

Zimag 29/43A - A cross-linking agent consisting of a 2:3 ratio of zinc oxide to magnesium oxide for chloroprene compounds to reduce scorch.

SA 0811 - For use with recycled rigid PVC where additional stabilization and lubrication is needed to reduce yellowing, burning and sticking in extrusion, injection molding and calendering.

WB 16 - A zinc-free process aid designed to reduce viscosity and improve mold release in a wide variety of polymer systems; it improves mold release, especially when complicated mold designs are involved. It has a slight activating effect on the cure rate of sulfur-containing compounds.

TPW 709 - A highly efficient lubricant used when a broad range of composites are in the mix and can be used with or without coupling agents.

V-Wax E has Superior plate out resistance for calendered and molded goods.

TPW 426 - Acts as an antioxidant, stabilizer, release agent and processing aid.

TPW 104 - Designed primarily for polyethylene and polypropylene composites to compatabilize, improve homogeneity, processability, output rates and surface quality. Has also been used in other polymers.

TR 151-95 - Excellent internal lubricant with some anti-static characteristics. Available with 40% or 95% monoglycerides.

SCA 989WT - A coupling agent for rubber elastomers and polysulfide adhesives, as well as thermoplastic andthermoset resins.

Zinc Stearate - A high quality technical grade stearic acid manufactured in a tightly controlled production operation that guarantees product uniformity. Available in bead, pastille or powder.

VLB-701 - Excellent internal lubricant for rigid PVC film and sheet. Suitable for clear PVC. Can also be used in profile extrusion.

STRUKTOL® TR 229 for use in both PC and PC/ABS blends as well as Nylon 6 and 6,6 compounds. It can be used in FDA applications. It is also ideal for use in recycled applications.

V-HRW - Highly compatible lubricant with both internal and external properties.

SCA 974WT used as an adhesion promoter at organic/inorganic interfaces and also a coupling agent for unsaturated polyesterand fiberglass composites.

MAGNESIUM STEARATE - A high purity stearate with a low soluble salt level that reduces discoloration during processing. It is an excellent dusting agent to prevent surface adhesion in ABS plastic and in other thermoplastics.
