Our products have been distributed in the markets of South East Asia, Russia, East and West Europe, North and South America, and many other countries and territories. Our facilities have acquired quality certificates of ISO9001, ISO 22000, FQMI-QS, Kosher and Halal. 

Suntaq works closely with domestic and global universities and institutes for microorganism R&D, and further develop production techniques in our own R&D center. Suntaq’s R&D team consists of knowledgeable and experienced specialists who have been working on enzyme test and analysis for decades. They focus on enzyme testing and analyzing in different application purpose based on the requirements of customers, optimizing enzyme efficacies and realize true cost-saving.

SUNBAKE

LiqueStar is a heat stable endo-alpha-amylase enzyme made from the refined strain through liquid submerged fermentation. LiqueStar has excellent heat resistance and adaptability over a wide pH range. It is applied broadly for liquefaction by producing soluble dextrins and small amount of maltose and glucose from starch in the industry of fuel ethanol, distillery, starch sweetener and beer.

Debranzyme X is a Pullulanase made from a refined strain of Bacillus licheniformis through liquid submerged fermentation. Pullulanase is an enzyme that catalyzes the (1,6-α- D) glucosidic linkages in liquefied starch to produce linear oligosaccharides. It is used as a processing aid in the manufacture of starch hydrolysates (maltodextrins, maltose, and glucose) and high fructose corn syrup (HFCS), and in the production of beer and potable alcohol.

Debranzyme

Pulluzyme is a well-balanced compound enzyme of Glucoamylase produced by Aspergillus niger, and Pullulanase produced by Bacillus subtilis. In the saccharification process, Pulluzyme effectively hydrolyzes α- 1,4-glucosidic linkages as well as α- 1,6-glucosidic linkages in liquefied starch, which gives a faster and completer hydrolysis result of the starch. It provides optimum parameters in the production of high glucose, maltose and fructose syrup.

SUNBAKE VISCOS is a Bacterial Alpha-Amylase derived from a selected strain of Bacillus subtilis through submerged fermentation.It hydrolyzes the endo α- (1,4)- glycosidic bonds of amylose and amylopectin with release of mainly dextrin and small amount of glucose and maltose.

SUNBAKE FAA is a highly concentrated Fungal Alpha-Amylase from a selected strain of Aspergillus oryzae produced through fermentation. This enzyme hydrolyses the endo α (1 - 4) glycosidic bonds of starch chain and generates maltose and minor maltotriose, glucose and other oligosaccharides. It is food grade enzyme typically used as a flour improver to enhance crumb structure and baking volume.

SUNBAKE® XF01 is an all-purpose clean label improver formulated for outstanding dough tolerance and volume. This product is highly versatile, as it works for all types of bread applications and in all bakery conditions.

SUNBAKE XSR is a concentrated Xylanase produced from a refined fungal strain of Trichoderma reesei through fermentation. This enzyme rapidly degrades ß-1,4- xylosidase from xylan molecule and hydrolyses it to be xylo-oligosaccharides and xylose. It´s rich in endo- ß-1,4-xylanase, an enzyme that hydrolyzes the xylan component incereal grains.

SUNBAKE AMG is a Glucoamylase derived from a selected strain Aspergillus niger through submerged fermentation. SUNBAKE® AMG hydrolyzes rapidly terminal 1,4 α-D-glucose bonds and slowly hydrolyzes 1,6 α-D-glucose successively at the non-reducing ends of amylose and amylopectin with release of β-D-glucose.

SUNBAKE GO XTRA is a concentrated Glucose Oxidase produced from a selected strain of Aspergillus niger trough submerged fermentation. Glucose Oxidase produced from a selected strain of Aspergillus niger trough fermentation. This enzyme oxidizes ß-D-glucose into D-gluconic acid and H2O2. Hydrogen peroxide oxidizes the sulfhydryl group of the amino acid cysteine (present in wheat gluten) forming disulfide bonds within the gluten network.

Grainzyme PLUS is a liquid formulation of concentrated cellulase and xylanase produced from a refined fungal strain Trichoderma reesei. It contains high activities of xylanase, beta-glucanase and abundant side activities, which work effectively on the hydrolysis of non-starch polysaccharides (NSP). Grainzyme PLUS is specially designed for corn wet-milling process. It can effectively improve the fiber separation efficiency, lower water holding capability of fiber and lower the bound starch content in the fiber; it improves the utilization of equipment, saves energy costs of fiber drying and improves the throughput of your plant.
