SQzyme AGL is a liquid Glucoamylase [EC3.2.1.3] derived from refined Aspergillus niger through cultivation and submerged fermentation technique. SQzyme AGL is widely used in the industry of distillery, fuel ethanol, beer brewing, organic acid and some other industries for Saccharification process. It works extremely well when used in simultaneous Saccharification fermentation (SSF) process by adding directly to the fermenter with Yeast.
