This is a family of continuous filament reinforcing mats designed for phenolic pultrusion processes. They are treated with a suitable bonding resin and coupling agent and has good handling properties and weight uniformity.

This veil is a very conformable continuous glass fiber surfacing veil comprised of highly uniform, randomly distributed filaments bonded with special formulated resins. The veil provides excellent surface appearance on glass reinforced plastic composite parts and also has outstanding corrosion resistance properties. This veil is available for purchase in LAYER-PAK® format.

Conformat N758 is a continuous strand, glass fiber reinforcing mat. N758 is porous, very conformable making it an excellent reinforcing mat for complicated contoured parts manufactured by Resin Transfer Molding (RTM), Compression Molding and Closed Mold Injection. With the addition of an optional extra surface veil, N758XS provides an outstanding surface finish.

This reinforcing mat is a continuous filament product which is treated with a suitable bonding resin and coupling agent for polyester and vinyl ester resins. It has good handling properties, porosity, and formability, resists wash in the mold, and has weight uniformity. Some variations include faster wet through and betier porosity.

Fiberglass conductive roving is composed of multiple ends of continuous filament yarn, which have been treated with a coating, which imparts electrical conductivity. The roving is provided with an overwrap of uncoated, twisted continuous filament yarn to maintain the integrity of the roving bundle. This over wrap is available in a single over wrap (B4, B5, B10, B13) and a double over wrap format (BX10, CX19).
