    • KEFI’SOYMILK ORGANIC is a soymilk fermented by a yeast-bacteria symbiosis called : KeKom SM.
    • Kekom SM is a symbiotic ferment created with kefir grains and scoby kombucha, it contains lactic bacteria (Lactobacillus kefir, Lactobacillus lactis, Lactococcus sp, Leuconostocs) and acetic bacteria (Acetobacter, Gluconobacter) and yeasts (Kluyveromyces marxianus, Zygosaccharomyces kombuchaensis…).

    KEFI' Soymilk Organic - Manufacturing And Quality

    • The production of alpha-galactosidase by the bacteria of the KeKom SM symbiotic ferment in soymilk is capable of hydrolyzing soybean oligosaccharides and bioconverting beta-glycoside isoflavones into aglycone for good assimilation.
    • All these strains being GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe). Both the KEFI’SOYMILK itself are defined by Standard 163: 1992 of the International Dairy Federation (IDF) as well as by Codex Stan 243-2003.
    • Each step of the manufacturing of KEFI’SOYMIK ORGANIC is carried out according to the good manufacturing practices "GMP" (Good Manufacturing Practices) in order to guarantee the quality and the traceability of the product.
