LIONOL 209 is an excellent, all-purpose solvent oil for use in making numerous types of leathers where softness and a light, fluffy substance is required. It works extremely well in making milled leathers where a uniform pebble is desired. An excellent fatliquor for use in wet back of heavy vegetable leathers.
- Recommended Usage
Recommended usage is 4% to 10% on Blue shaved weight.
- Freeze/Thaw Stability
Not sensitive to freezing. After freezing heat to 25°C to 30°C and mix well until homogeneous.
- Emulsification
Mix before use. Readily soluble in warm water. Emulsify 1:4 at 50°C to 60°C.
