Applications

LIONOL 39 is an excellent oil for use in making soft, fluffy, lightweight leathers. An excellent co-product for use in making high neutralized, pebbled leathers with a soft, dry feel and lower weight substance.

Recommended Usage

Recommended usage is 4% to 8% on Blue shaved weight

Freeze/Thaw Stability

Not sensitive to freezing. After freezing heat to 25°C to 30°C and mix well until homogeneous.

Emulsification

Mix before use. Readily soluble in warm water. Emulsify 1:4 at 50°C to 60°C.
