TAOS Golden Curcuma Oil™ is film forming oil using the root of Curcuma Longa, better known as Turmeric and is a part of the TAOS WR Series . The TAOS WR Series is a collection of multifunction oils that additionally provide water resistant properties for skin, color, and hair care applications. In addition to water resistance benefits, TAOS Golden Curcuma Oil provides gloss and has strong anti-inflammation properties from the Turmeric root. A superfood used across many cultures, turmeric is medicinal in nature and is known to be effective in treatment of skin and colon cancers.

TAOS BrightFirm™ is a fermentation of Pueraria Lobata Root with a patented strain of Lactobacillus ramnosus. A special strain micro-organism, Lactobacillus ramnosus amplifies the content of active ingredient or produces new substances through bioconversion. In this fermentation process, isoflavone rich Pureraria Lobata Root is enriched and the strong anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and cell proliferation properties are enhanced. Fermentation process additionally converts isoflavone into equol through microbial alterations. Pueraria lobata, known as Kudzu and is one of the earliest plants in traditional medicine in Japan and China. Used to treat alcoholism by increasing the antioxidant enzymes that mitigate oxidative damage and inhibit oxidative stress. TAOS BrightFirm provides anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. It additionally provides antiglycation, skin regeneration, and melanogenesis inhibitory activities.

TAOS Redroot Oil™ is film forming oil and is a part of the TAOS WR Series, a collection of multifunction oils that provide water resistant activity and gloss for skin, color, and hair care applications. Lithospermum Erythrorhizon root, in TAOS Redroot oil is used historically as an herbal medicine for various antiviral and biological activities. Cultivated in Japan starting from AD 710, Lithospermum Erythrorhizon root is known for its rich color, and was used to make dyes. TAOS Redroot Oil is multifunctional and used for anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory and detoxification properties. It has also been used for burns, frostbite, eczema and blisters. It additionally provides moisturizing and photoaging inhibitory action, protects against UVB-damaged and provides soothing effect.

TAOS BrightEssense™ is a plant-based brightening and reviving extract of angelica and ginseng. It is extracted using a traditional method that involves steaming 9 times and drying 9 times. The method is efficient and allows for shorter extraction period and improves the yield of product. With strong radical scavenging and cell proliferation, double blind study on Atopic Dermatitis showed TAOS BrightEssenseTAOS improved overall skin quality. It has robust antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic properties that enhance skin health.

TAOS Healing Flower™ is derived from Sparassis Crispa is a species of fungus in the Sparassidaceae family and is called cauliflower fungus. It Grows on the base of pine trees and other softwoods in the summer and autumn and has the highest Beta-Glucan content of any of various mushrooms in its species. TAOS Healing Flower provides a significantly higher immune-control effect among Beta-Glucan of various mushroom species. It contains 1000 ppm Beta-Glucan, 43.5% higher than that of Agaricus bisporus also known as button mushroom (11.6%) and Ganoderma lingzhi otherwise known as the reishi mushrooms (18.1%). TAOS Healing Flower provides strong anti-inflammation and wound healing properties. TAOS AminoSea™ is a synergetic complex of amino acids, plant-derived polysaccharides and deep sea mineral water to balance, hydrates and help retain moisture of skin. Rich is amino acids, a critical component of collagen like those found in Natural Moisturizing Factor (NMF), TAOS AminoSea positively effects hydration. The mineral water in TAOS AminoSea is from Ulleungdo. Nicknamed “Mystery Island”, it is known to be a sacred island for South Koreans. It contains trace amounts of minerals such as calcium, magnesium, and potassium and has a mineral composition similar similar to blood. It is effective in treating inflammatory skin disorders like psoriasis and promotes recovery of skin barriers. TAOS AOAP Ferment™ is a patented fermentation of Sorghum Bicolor Leaf stem using Aspergillus oryzae . It is a highly effective antipollution active that prevents or suppresses skin damage and skin aging caused by environmental pollutants such as ozone, nitrogen dioxide, and fine dust. Sorghum is composed of phenolic compounds and tannins and has a rich red natural pigment; anthocyanin. Anthocyanin is a natural antioxidant, properties of which are enhanced though proprietary fermentation using Aspergillus oryzae in producing TAOS AOAP Ferment. Aspergillus oryzae is a bacteria used in Korea and other parts of Asia to ferment food and is safe and beneficial for consumption.

Jeju South Korea is a UNESCO designated Global Geopark and a volcanic island. Rich in oleic, palmitic and linoleic acid, the extract in TAOS Jeju Camilla Oil has a low freezing point which means it maintains its liquid form during winter.
