Bonsweet is a sweetener. Sweeteners have revolutionized the single-portion packaging system, providing a series of major advantages over the traditional powder formulation. Tártaros Gonzalo Castelló granulated sweeteners make packaging easier, are homogeneous, diminish portion reductions that characterize powdered products, and increase packaging production capacity.

Tartaric Acid is present in many fruits and the only use for industrial production is grapes. Our Tartaric Acid is a natural product that is derived from by-products of the grape. Our Tartaric Acid is a food grade product and it is Kosher certified. Used in many different applications due to its properties as: antioxidant, acidifier, flavor enhancer, stabilizer and sequestering agent. It is included in the list of FOOD ADDITIVES under code E-334.

Potassium Tartrate, is a white powder. The product is NATURAL and is manufactured from natural raw materials. Manufacturing production process is followed by an exhaustive quality control guided through the expertise of our technical staff. The totality of the equipment has been designed by the most advanced technology and computer systems and built on stainless steel. It is included in the list of FOOD ADDITIVES under code E-336(ii).

TARTAROS GONZALO CASTELLO SL Potassium Tartrate

Cream of Tartar, also known as POTASSIUM BITARTRATE, is a white powder. It is a NATURAL product made from the natural crystalline acid deposited on the walls of wine-cellar vats. The production process includes strict and thorough quality control supervised by our engineers in order to ensure the ultimate quality of the product. Natural Cream of Tartar is included in the list of FOOD ADDITIVES under code number E-336(i).

Low-sodium salt with 60% less sodium are Oodorless, water-soluble white crystals with a salty taste. Ingredients: potassium chloride, sodium chloride, magnesium carbonate (anti-agglomerative) E-504 and potassium ferricyanide (anti-agglomerative) E-535.

Bonsalt 0% Sodium incorporates natural and food grade ingredients. Potassium Chloride, L-Lysine Mono-hydrochloride, Cream of Tartar, Glutamic Acid and Silicon Dioxide. They are naturally beneficial to the heart, substituting sodium with a content of potassium of 44.8 gr per 100 gr. Bonsalt is produced employing state of the art technologies in compliance with the strictest quality control standards. It, also, bears the Star-K Kosher for Passover Certification.

Castelló Baking Powder a natural, low sodium baking powder. The product is also gluten free, phosphate free and aluminum free. It provides the finest texture and volume to your cakes, muffins and other baking products. The Double Acting Baking Powder assures uniform gas release, during all of the baking process, thus assuring the highest quality of the finished product.

Rochelle Salt, also known as POTASSIUM SODIUM TARTRATE, is a white crystalline powder or colorless crystal, which is obtained by treating the natural raw tartaric material. Our Rochelle Salt is manufactured in a completely automatic unit plant. From this optimum automation, we are able to control every step at the production process and guarantee a natural product of high quality, which conforms to the latest requirements of the international pharmacopeias. Because of its widely diversified applications, we offer the product in colorless crystals and also in white crystalline powder. Rochelle salt is included in the list of FOOD ADDITIVES under code E-337.
