ECP 245 Colourable Magnetically Detectable Nylon 6 compound for injection molding and extrusion. ECP 245 is a colourable magnetic compound based on special blends of magnetic additive compounded into Nylon 6 in such a way as to optimize physical and magnetic properties during processing. Used in the food processing industry where detection of foreign body contamination is to be avoided.

ECP 145/4332 Anti Static Conductive Nylon 6 Injection Molding Compound for injection molding and extrusion applications, Injection molding compound based on Nylon 6 and special conducting Carbon Blacks. The compound has been specially formulated with impact modification to provide a compromise of strength with the electrical conductivity requirements laid out for materials in BS IEC 61340-5-1:2007 and DEF Std 59-98.

ECP 228 is based on special blends of magnetic additive compounded into a developed specially easy flow linear polyethylene formulation. The compound is designed to produce moldings of good rigidity combined with excellent impact resistance for use in the food processing industry where magnetic detectability in the food processing line is required. The polymer and flow properties of ECP 228 have been designed to give good mouldability over a wide processing window as well as optimizing magnetic properties during molding.

ECP 270 Colourable Magnetically Detectable ABS Compound for injection molding and extrusion. ECP 270 is a colourable magnetic compound based on special blends of magnetic additive compounded into ABS in such a way as to optimize physical and magnetic properties during processing. Used in the food processing industry where detection of foreign body plastic products is required.

ECP 280 is a magnetic compound based on special blends of magnetic additive compounded into TPE in such a way as to optimize physical and magnetic properties during processing. Normally supplied blue.

ECP 9603 Conductive PC/PBT Carbon Nanotube Injection Molding Compound. ECP 9603 is a proprietary injection molding compound utilizing multi-wall carbon nanotube technology to give a permanently anti-static, conductive material. Special compounding techniques at low filler loadings ensure the retention of physical properties and excellent cleanliness.

ECP 1015 is a proprietary injection molding compound utilizing special fillers to give a permanently conductive anti-static material and reinforced material. The compound is designed to comply with the electrical conductivity requirements for materials laid out in Defense Standard (59-98) and BS EN 61340-5-1:2007. Moldings made from ECP 1015 exhibit excellent dimensional stability. The material flows well and the formulation allows for homogeneous conductivity in a variety of cross-sections of molding. The material is tough, strong with good impact performance and is black in color.

ECP 121/1015 is a permanently electrically conductive thermoplastic based on EVA and LDPE, specially formulated to give very high conductivity with a high degree of flexibility. The compound is suitable for injection molding, profile extrusion and sheet extrusion applications, which require good flexibility and high impact properties. The compound meets the specifications laid down for handling static sensitive devices in BS IEC 61340-5-1:2007 and ATEX regulations. Low level emi shielding is also attained.
