Characteristics: ALA is a coenzyme that exists in mitochondria and a vitamin-like antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agent. And its antioxidant capacity is 400 times that of vitamin C and vitamin E.

ALA is both water and fat-soluble. It can reach any part of the cell after being absorbed in the body through the intestinal tract, providing the human body with energy.

It is an indispensable component in the cell metabolism pathway to produce energy. It neutralizes free radicals and improves cells' ability to repair.
