Application Summary
AMYROSE™ CRISP is cold water swelling based on waxy tapioca starch, its excellent expansion and puffing ability performs. This clean label solution has also provided good film forming property with uniformly smooth appearance.
Typical Application Include
- Coated nuts: Provide light crispy texture and good puffing.
- Extruded snack: Provide puffing ability and uniformly enhance a smooth appearance.
Usage Tips:
