Touch OTAL 2030

Touch OTAL 2030 is an acrylic based polymer that have high efficiency metal pigment affinity group to prevent seeding and re-agglomeration of aluminum pigment upon storage. Touch OTAL 2030 with it high affinity to the metal surface, can wet and prevent those small to medium size aluminum to re-agglomerate after storage. Touch OTAL 2030 also proven in aluminum paste manufacturing process that by incorporating Touch OTAL 2030, the yield of the desire particles size is 20% higher. During the manufacturing process of the aluminum, Touch OTAL 2030 immediately stabilize the grinded aluminum to prevent them to re-agglomeration and this improve the yield of desire particles tremendously.

Touch OTAL 2006

Touch OTAL 2006 is a flowable and has little thixotropic behavior of Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Co-Polymer wax stabilized with CAB resin in the mixture solvents of Xylene and Butyl Acetate of fine particles. It gives good aluminum and pearlecent pigments orientation control in order to give better workability and better finishing of metallic coating. Touch OTAL 2006 can be easily incorporated and disperse to the system by low sheer force. However they are recommended to add in after the metallic pigments have been dispersed homogeneously. A slight amount of Polyamide wax is incorporated in Touch OTAL 2006 in order to give better anti-settling effect to the system.

Touch OTAL 2002

Touch OTAL 2002 is a thixotropic behavior liquid and is a higher solid version of Touch OTAL 2003 . The basic chemistry on this products based on co-polymer of Polyamide-Ethylene Vinyl Acetate wax in the mixture solvents of Xylene, MPA and Butyl Acetate. It gives good aluminum and pearlecent pigments orientation control in order to give better workability and better finishing of metallic coating. This is a very effective orientation agent and anti-settling agent. It need only 1/3, on dosage in weight, comparing to the common orientation agents available in the market. In fact at this dosage, the orientation effect is much better.

Touch OTAL 2008 is a thixotropic behavior liquid. The basic chemistry on this products based on co-polymer of Polyamide-Ethylene Vinyl Acetate wax in the mixture solvents of Xylene. It gives good aluminum and pearlecent pigments orientation control in order to give better workability and better finishing of metallic coating. This is a very effective orientation agent and anti-settling agent. It need only 1/3, on dosage in weight, comparing to the common orientation agents available in the market. In fact at this dosage, the orientation effect is much better. Touch OTAL 2008 can be easily incorporated and disperse to the system by low sheer force, minimum of 6.0m/s of spiracles velocity. However they are recommended to add in after the metallic pigments have been dispersed homogeneously.

Touch OTAL 2003 is a high thixotropic behavior of Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Co-Polymer wax stabilized with special resin in the mixture solvents of Xylene and Ethyl Acetate of fine particles. It gives good aluminum and pearlecent pigments orientation control in order to give better workability and better finishing of metallic coating. Touch OTAL 2003 can be easily incorporated and disperse to the system by low sheer force even by hand stirring. However they are recommended to add in after the metallic pigments have been dispersed homogeneously.
