Since it has very good dimensional stability and low moisture absorption, PET is an ideal material for the manufacture of parts that require high dimensional precision and a fine final finish. In addition to normal PET, we manufacture different grades of Polyethylene Terephthalate, either loaded with solid lubricant or with dyes.
- Main Characteristics
- Material valid for contact with food.
- Low thermal expansion and low moisture absorption.
- Excellent mechanical resistance and rigidity.
- Excellent dimensional stability.
- Great stiffness
- Great toughness
- Good chemical resistance, weldable and bondable
- Good slide and wear resistance
- High strength
