Tufnol Grade 10G/44 is a high quality epoxy resin bonded glass fabric laminate. It offers very high mechanical strength and low moisture absorption, combined with excellent electrical properties, under both dry and humid conditions. They are rigid materials with good dimensional stability and good resistance to a wide range of working environments. It has improved retention of strength after heat aging.

Tufnol Grade 1P/13 is a low-cost commercial paper-based laminate, produced to meet the need for an economical material where electrical requirements are moderate. As a good basic, low voltage insulation material, this grade has a higher mechanical strength than the other grades in our phenolic paper range and greater impact strength. It can be machined readily and components can be hot punched in thicknesses up to 3.2mm.

Tufnol Grade 10G/40 is a high-quality epoxy resin bonded glass fabric laminate. It offers very high mechanical strength and low moisture absorption, combined with excellent electrical properties, under both dry and humid conditions. They are rigid materials with good dimensional stability and good resistance to a wide range of working environments. This is the most widely used grade, suitable for continuous use at temperatures up to approximately 130°C (Class B).

Tufnol Grade 10G/42 is a high quality epoxy resin bonded glass fabric laminate. It offers very high mechanical strength and low moisture absorption and high temperatures, combined with excellent electrical properties, under both dry and humid conditions. They are rigid materials with good dimensional stability and good resistance to a wide range of working environments. It is suitable for uses up to 155°C (Class F).

Tufnol Grade 10G/41 is a high quality epoxy resin bonded glass fabric laminate. It offers very high mechanical strength and low moisture absorption, combined with excellent electrical properties, under both dry and humid conditions. They are rigid materials with good dimensional stability, controlled flammability and good resistance to a wide range of working environments.

Tufnol Grade 6F/45 Round Rod epoxy cotton grade has a unique combination of properties, which makes it particularly useful for applications requiring extra performance. It has good all-round performance but its principal features are its excellent electrical properties, good dimensional stability and outstanding machinability.

Tufnol Grade 10G/24 is a laminated plastic sheet material manufactured from modified phenolic resin with a woven glass fabric reinforcement. It exhibits good electrical insulation, high mechanical strength, exceptionally good fire properties and excellent weather resistance.

Tufnol Grade 10G/50 is a laminated plastics material made from woven glass fabric, bonded with silicone resin. It is a rigid sheet material with good resistance to high temperatures and very good electrical insulation properties, especially in applications involving very high frequencies. Note, however, that silicone bonded laminates have mechanical strength properties somewhat lower than some other glass fabric laminates.

Tufnol Grade 2F/14 is a cotton fabric laminate with enhanced electrical properties, specially developed to meet the requirements of the relevant British Standard specification.
