Uelzena Low Heat Skimmed Milk Powder is made from fresh, pasteurized milk (100% cow's milk). Protein and water content can be adjusted (standardized) according to specifications. Our minimally heated and almost non-denatured Low Heat skimmed milk powder has good solubility and is optimally suited for all applications that require proteins that are as native as possible, for example for the recombination of milk and its further processing into yogurt, cheese and fermented dairy products.

Uelzena Buttermilk Powder (Sweet) is made from fresh, pasteurized, sweet buttermilk from our butter making plant (100 % cow’s milk). Protein content at least 34 % in fat free dry matter.

Uelzena Lactose-free Cream Products is made from fresh milk (100 % cow’s milk) by physical separation (centrifugation) into skimmed milk and cream. Lactose has been removed from the milk in an enzymatic process. The lactose content is below 0.1 %. The fat content can be individually adjusted to customer’s specification. Available as fresh cream or minimally eat-treated cream. Upon request also available with various stabilizers.

Uelzena Crème Fraîche 30 % is produced with mildly sour taste and creamy consistence. Fat content at least 30 %. Made from fresh milk (100 % cow’s milk) by purely physical separation (centrifugation) into skimmed milk and cream and subsequent acidification of the cream with lactic acid bacteria.

Uelzena Medium Heat Skimmed Milk Powder is made from fresh, pasteurized milk (100 % cow’s milk). Gentle heating ensures the typical fresh taste. Protein and water content can be adjusted (standardized) according to specifications. Our medium heat skimmed milk powder is perfect for the production of chocolate, ice cream and baked goods.

Uelzena Cream for Delicatessen is made from fresh milk (100 % cow’s milk) by purely physical separation (centrifugation) into skimmed milk and cream. The fat content can be individually adjusted to customer’s specification. Available as fresh cream or gently heat-treated cream. Also available with added stabilizer (e. g. carrageenan) on request. The addition of other ingredients is possible.

Uelzena Sour Cream (Medium Fat Content) is a product with a slightly sour taste and creamy consistency. Fat content ranges from 18 % to 24 %. Made from fresh milk (100 % cow’s milk) by physical separation (centrifugation) into skimmed milk and cream and subsequent acidification of the cream with lactic acid bacteria. Available as fresh sour cream or gently heat-treated sour cream. The fat content can be individually adjusted to customer’s specification. Available with various stabilizers on request.

Uelzena Heavy Sour Cream is a sour milk product with a slightly sour taste and firm to slightly creamy consistency. The fat content of 18-30 % can be adjusted according to customer requirements. Also available with different stabilizing systems on request.

Uelzena Sour Cream (10%) is a product with a slightly sour taste and creamy consistence. Fat content at least 10 %. Made from fresh milk (100 % cow’s milk) by purely physical separation (centrifugation) into skimmed milk and cream and subsequent acidification of the cream with lactic acid bacteria. Available as fresh sour cream.
