UDA is a milk marketing cooperative owned by Arizona dairy families. Founded in 1960, the co-op merged two local dairy associations to ensure an adequate supply of fresh milk and dairy products of the highest possible quality for customers.Our modern manufacturing facility in Tempe operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and produces high, medium and low heat nonfat dry milk (including vitamin fortified products), MPC, cream, butter, skim milk, condensed skim milk, and lactose powder.

SimpliPure Ultra-Pure Lactose is a crystalline alpha monohydrate lactose manufactured utilizing a proprietary crystallization and purification process yielding a product that is annatto-free, odorless, ultra-white in powder form, and clear in solution.

SimpliPure™ Infant Nutrition Ultra-Pure Lactose

Unsalted Sweet Cream Butter 80% is a fatty product derived exclusively from milk, principally in the form of an emulsion of water-in-oil. The ingredient is pasteurized, fresh sweet cream.

Grade A heat-treated skim milk is made from Grade A whole milk which has been separated using mechanical separation. The skim milk is heat-treated, cooled, and stored prior to shipment

Grade A Medium Heat Milk Protein Concentrate 40% is a spray dried, free flowing milk protein and is an equivalent replacement for conventional nonfat dry milk. MPC40 is made by processing Grade A skim milk by ultrafiltration, which removes a portion of the lactose. The resulting concentrated milk proteins are subjected to evaporation and spray drying. This product is OU kosher certified and is manufactured entirely in the USA.

United Dairymen of Arizona 40% Medium Heat MILK PROTEIN CONCENTRATE

Spray dried Export Skim Milk Powder High Heat is the powder reducing from the removal of the fat and water from fresh milk. The product shall be made from fresh, sweet mils to which no preservative, alkali, neutralizing agent or other chemical has been added and which has been pasteurized. Milk proteins, milk permeate or lactose may be added to standardize protein concentration.

Grade A Milk Protein Concentrate 70% is a spray dried, free flowing milk protein and is an equivalent replacement for conventional nonfat dry milk. MPC70 is made by processing Grade A skim milk by ultrafiltration, which removes a portion of the lactose. The resulting concentrated milk proteins are subjected to evaporation and spray drying. This product is OU kosher certified and is manufactured entirely in the USA.

United Dairymen of Arizona 70% Low Heat MILK PROTEIN CONCENTRATE

Grade A Low Heat NFDM is spray dried nonfat milk which has been subjected to a low heat treatment. It contains the lactose, milk proteins, and milk minerals in the same relative proportions as they occur in fresh milk. It is made from fresh, pasteurized nonfat milk to which no preservative, alkali, neutralizing agent, or other chemical has been added.

Spray dried Skim Milk Powder Medium Heat is the powder resulting from the removal of the fat and water from fresh milk from cows. Milk proteins, milk per- meate, or lactose may be added to standardize protein concentration.
