Universal Colorant Company Polymer Processing Aid Masterbatch

Universal Colorant Company Polymer Processing Aid Masterbatch is widely used in plastic industries for enhancing the extrusion ability of the products. These masterbatches are based upon fluoro- polymer additives properly dispersed in a poly-olefin polymer. With great benefits to blow molded items like increasing their gloss, these masterbatches also improve the processing of poly-olefins (LLDPE, HDPE etc.).

Functions: Lubricant (External), Lubricant (Internal), Mold Release Agent, Slip Agent

Processing Methods: Blow Molding, Blown Film Extrusion, Injection Molding

Carrier: High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE), Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE), Resin-based, Thermoplastic Polyolefins (TPO)

Features: Good Extrusion Properties, Good Processability, Higher Gloss
