Superior Rust Free® Water Softener Salt Pellets are pillow-shaped pieces of compacted, high purity, evaporated sodium chloride designed for regeneration of home water softening units. Under normal use, the specific size, shape and density of this product eliminates mushing, bridging and channeling to provide excellent percolation. The high purity of Superior Rust Free® Water Softener Salt Pellets produces a virtually 100% soluble product. This eliminates messy tank cleaning and provides for efficient operation of the unit. Superior Rust Free® Water Softener Salt Pellets can be used in most types of water softeners. This product is designed for use where iron fouling is a problem.

Storage & Handling

To retard caking, Superior Rust Free® Water Softener Salt Pellets should be stored in a dry, covered area at relative humidities below 75%. Cycling salt through the 75% relative humidity zone will rapidly increase the onset of caking.
