VersaFlex VF 330 is a 100% solid, fast setting, plural component, polyurea elastomer and high performance coating. VF 330 is specially formulated for high abrasion resistance and offers the best combination of elastomeric waterproofing, corrosion protection, and abrasion resistance. VF 330 can be applied horizontally, vertically, and overhead, making it ideal for industrial applications with a variety of substrates, and complex geometries.

VersaFlex AroStruct is a fast set, rapid curing, 100% solids, semi-structural, two-component performance modified polyurea spray coating/lining material. Its fast gel time makes it suitable for applications down to -20°F without special conditioning of the component resins and isocyanates. AroStruct produces an extremely tough rigid film at all thicknesses.

VF 280 is a fast set, rapid curing, pure elastomeric polyurea protective coating for industrial applications requiring a flexible coating or lining for waterproofing or secondary containment. This protective membrane can be applied to geotextile fabric, concrete and steel substrates. VF 280 is a volatile free, odorless system proportioned at a 1:1 mix ratio with plural component spray equipment. VF 280 may be applied at varying thicknesses in a single application using a multi-pass spray technique.

VF-20™ is a versatile two-component urethane based primer designed for a variety of substrates. It’s unique formulation allows for dilution with acetone by 33-50% for improved penetration, coverage, and adhesion. VF-20 may be applied at temperatures greater than 0˚ F by airless sprayer, roller, squeegee, or broom. VF-20 may be used with all VersaFlex rapid curing sealants and coatings for interior and exterior application. VF-20 has been designed along with VF-15 to offer versatility and flexibility in primer selection. VF-20 is ideal for use when longer working time is needed. While VF-20 will cure down to 0˚ F it is ideal at temperatures above 75˚ F. VF-15 is typically preferred at temperatures between 40—75˚ F or at elevated temperatures when a faster re-coat is required such as smaller projects or where quick return to service is needed.

VersaFlex VF 30 is a low viscosity, high solids epoxy developed as a penetrating concrete primer for polyurea applications. VF 30 penetrates and strengthens the surface of the concrete, reduces pin-hole formations and provides a chemically reactive surface to accept VersaFlex polyurea systems. Adhesion is increased with the use of VF 30 by up to three times that of unprimed concrete.

Versaproof

VersaFlex VF 502 “Hybrid” Polyurea is a fast set, rapid curing, 100% solids, flexible, two-component polyurethane/polyurea elastomer spray coating material. VF 502 was developed for use in high-pressure spray equipment and is used by itself or in combination with other materials to produce a protective coating on metal, concrete, aluminum, and composite substrates. VF 502 creates an extremely tough film at all thicknesses and can produce films from 10 mils to 250 mils without visible sag or runs in single or multiple pass applications. This material is relatively moisture and temperature insensitive, allowing use in the most problematic ambient conditions.

VersaFlex FSS 50DM+ is a 100% solids, fast setting, plu-ral component, polyurea elastomer and high perfor-mance coating. FSS 50DM+ is primarily designed for properly prepared steel and metal substrates, however, due to it’s higher modulus, and faster gel times, FSS 50DM+ has excellent bond to concrete, masonry and other properly prepared substrates. FSS 50DM+ can be applied horizontally, vertically, and overhead, making it ideal for industrial applications with a variety of sub-strates, and complex geometries.

VersaFlex FSS 45DC is a 100% solid, fast setting, plural component, polyurea elastomer and high performance coating. FSS 45DC is primarily designed for properly prepared concrete and masonry, due to it’s higher elongation and extended gel time, but will bond tenaciously to steel and other properly prepared substrates. FSS 45DC is an economical coatings solution for industrial applications requiring a resilient liner for waterproofing and/or abrasion resistance. FSS 45DC can be applied horizontally, vertically, and overhead, making it ideal for industrial applications with a variety of substrates, and complex geometries.

VF 380-F™ is a 100% solids elastomeric polyurea developed for applications such as geotextile lining membranes. VF380-F may also be applied to concrete and steel substrates. VF380-F is a volatile free, odorless system applied with 1:1 mix ratio with plural component spray equipment. VersaFlex VF380-F provides less shrinkage with improved elongation characteristics. As a result, VF380-F makes an excellent polyurea for liners, geotextile coatings, and applications where resilience and durability are required. VF380-F may be applied at varying thicknesses in a single application using a multi-pass spray technique.

VF-380 is primarily designed for foam, geotextile and other non-reinforced substrates due to its specially designed low shrink formulation, but has excellent bond to steel, concrete, masonry and other properly prepared substrates. VF-380 is an excellent coatings solution for industrial applications requiring a resilient liner for waterproofing or secondary containment.

Versaproof™ Primer E is a 100% solids, zero VOC, two component, epoxy sealer and primer. VersaProof Primer E is a penetrating primer/sealer, uniquely formulated to reduce outgassing and improve adhesion. VersaProof Primer E is ideal for damp concrete substrates, or substrates where trapped moisture and/or high moisture vapor drive is expected, such as split slab construction, or with stay in place forms. VersaProof Primer E is typically thinned by 50% with Acetone, and may be applied at temperatures greater than 40° F by airless or air assisted spraying, brush, roller, or squeegee. VersaProof Primer E may be used with all VersaProof rapid curing sealants and coatings for interior and exterior application.
