NON GMO Full Fat Soya Flour (Enzyme Active) is obtained by De-hulling, Flaking, Extracting, Desolventizing, Toasting and Grinding in a pneumatic mill to requisite mesh size and to get a free flowing pale yellow flour of high quality. It is a high protein product rich in poly unsaturated fatty acids.

NON GMO Soya Nuggets/ Chunks is obtained by extrusion of ‘NON GMO’ Defatted Soya flour. It is a natural product which does not contain additives preservatives.

Chunks are round puffed balls manufactured by short time high temperature cooking of fine granulation, un-toasted, defatted soya flour in the extruder.

These are known as vegetarian meat and processed using soya flour. Further, these are enriched with proteins and used as a substitute of meat as they contain minimal cholesterol.

Hydrolized NON GMO Soya Lecithin is an oil-in-water (o/w) emulsifier as opposed to regular or native lecithin, which promotes water-in-oil (w/o) emulsions.
Most of the performance benefits of soybean-based lecithin come from the unique hydrophilic and hydrophobic surface active properties of phospholipids, their primary component. Hydrophilic (water-loving) and hydrophobic (water-repelling) properties enable lecithin to make stable blends of materials that otherwise do not mix easily and tend to separate.
