Walter Rau GmbH &amp; Co. KG - Speick Natirkosmetik Waretta fat powder is our fat powder based on palm oil. It is used in fillings, glazes, spreads and margarines as an accelerator and crystallization starter. There are applications where fats do not work in their usual block form. Then we recommend our tried and tested Waretta fat powder. The white to cream-colored fine powders have long been used in fillings, glazes, spreads containing cocoa and nuts or margarine as a crystallization starter and accelerator. In these products they help to form crystal lattices and prevent oiling out, ie the separation of the oil phase in the product. Fat powder also often forms an important component in dry mixes such as ready-made products or baking mixes and ready-made flours as well as for encapsulating substances such as table salt.

Walter Rau GmbH &amp; Co. KG - Speick Natirkosmetik Pralisan comes under the name Pralisan you will find high-quality special vegetable fats for the confectionery industry. Pralisan is a smooth fat based on palm oil and palm fractions that can be easily whipped with air. It is therefore ideal for soft and whipped fillings in baked goods, chocolates and pralines. Pralinsan is not lauric, but similarly melts quickly and coolly in the mouth and has a good aroma release.

Walter Rau GmbH &amp; Co. KG - Speick Natirkosmetik Chovetine is a lauric cocoa butter substitute (CBS) based on palm kernel fractions. It is mainly used in the confectionery industry for the production of premium coatings and the production of pralines and hollow bodies. The end products made with Chovetine have improved heat resistance, good crispness and an excellent mouthfeel. The coatings melt pleasantly cool and have an excellent aroma release.

Walter Rau GmbH &amp; Co. KG - Speick Natirkosmetik Nugamin is a smooth fat with the main area of ​​use in the confectionery industry. Soft fillings and spreads with excellent spreadability are made with Nugamin. Nugamin tolerates high proportions of foreign oils such as nut oil in the recipe without any migration phenomena occurring. The finished products also have good thermal stability. When used in fillings, nugamine does not require any temperature control and has a good flavor release.

Walter Rau GmbH &amp; Co. KG - Speick Natirkosmetik Bavettin are fat compositions based on palm oil and palm oil fractions, such as filling fats in baked goods and confectionery. In our Bavettin product family you will find fat compositions based on palm oil and palm oil fractions in various strengths. All are low in trans fats and not laurel. Depending on the strength / melting point, the areas of application can be found in the field of baked goods and confectionery fillings. Due to its suppleness, our Bavettin special is particularly suitable for light creams and fillings in baked goods and confectionery. It can be opened very well and has a good gas holding capacity. The consistency of Bavettin special is similar to butter. For this reason, it can be used in recipes wherever butterfat is to be exchanged for vegetable fat. The addition of butter flavor is also possible.

KG - Speick Natirkosmetik Canolin Marinade is a high quality pure vegetable fat based on rapeseed oil. It is extremely smooth and forms the ideal basis for marinades, herb and spice mixtures. Particles (such as herbs) can be easily stirred into the fat and are evenly held in suspension by the product without settling. The finished marinade makes the meat tender and keeps it fresh. It gives the meat a beautiful color and an appetizing shine. Canolin marinade fat is also suitable for frying and melting in the convenience industry, catering and gastronomy.

Walter Rau GmbH &amp; Co. KG - Speick Natirkosmetik Sonnin is our pure, refined sunflower oil is called Sonnin. It is rich in double unsaturated fatty acids (linoleic acid). Its areas of application are in the manufacture of baked goods and the delicatessen industry, e.g. the manufacture of dressings and mayonnaise. Sonnin is also an important ingredient in the formulation of margarines. Due to its high stability, sunflower oil with a high proportion of oleic acid (high oleic sunflower) is suitable as frying or deep-frying fat as well as for demanding technical applications, the manufacture of cosmetics and for use in the pharmaceutical industry.
