ALTON ES 934 is a new additive to improve wear resistance and anti-mar properties of surfaces treated with melamine-formaldehyde resin. It is a mixture of inorganic micro and nano-particles with a high surface area coverage. It enables to improve micro scratch resistance preserving gloss and paper flexibility. It is suitable both for application via impregnation bath or through the coater. High solid content, good compatibility with the resin, easy to handle and use.
