Storage & Handling

Storage Information

• Store at room temperature (15°C-25°C). Protect from frost. At low temperature and on prolonged storage turbidity and stratification phenomena can appear. Indirect warming with stirring will restore the product to its former appearance. This doesn’t affect the quality of the product.
• The viscosity of the product can increase if the storage is higher than 20°C for a long time. Due to its high salt content, it can have a corrosive effect during storage in stainless steel tanks.
• Always homogenize before using.
