Storage & Handling
- Storage Information
Storage at temperatures below 0°C may lead to turbidity and possible sedimentation of active matter, which can be removed by stirring or gentle heating without quality decrease.
Hint: PROTELAN 1430 is unpreserved. It is recommended to use all the single drums in order to prevent a contamination. If this is not possible, a conservation of the rest drum, resp. increasing of the pH value to about 9.5 with caustic soda would be a preventine measure. With increasing of pH value, the product changes its odor, which is a reversible appearance. A quality decrease does not occur.
