Humiseal UV Curable Adhesives Family are single component, acrylated urethane-based polymers that crosslink to tough and resilient adhesives with exposure to UV light. UV curable adhesives are excellent for high speed or high volume applications where fast or immediate curing is required. In addition, their single-component curing mechanism results in consistent and reliable performance without concerns about mix ratios or generation of heat.

Hernon ReAct® 766 is a tough acrylic adhesive designed primarily for bonding permanent magnets. ReAct® 766 has also found wide acceptance in a variety of structural bonding applications due to its versatile performance capabilities. ReAct® 766 provides high tensile strength while maintaining excellent product flexibility. This results in tough durable bonds with outstanding impact and pee1 resistance. Temperature resistance from –40ºC (-40ºF) to 204ºC (400ºF). ReAct® 766 is a single component adhesive used in combination with Hernon® Activator 59 or Activator 63 for curing at room temperature. The adhesive may also be heat cured at 150ºC.

SIMALFA 321-FR is a one-part water-based adhesive designed specifically for the aerospace industry where specialty flame retardant products are required. This adhesive is engineered to meet the requirements of FAA 14 CHR 25.853 (a) appendix F Part 1, (a)(1)6i).

SIMALFA 315-OF allows for instant bonding and Overspray Free application. While all SIMALFA products can be sprayed with no overspray, there are many operators and equipment-related variables that can potentially cause overspray. Simalta 315-OF is chemically engineered to eliminate those variables. Our "OF" technology creates a web-like spray pattern that prevents adhesive particles from going airborne and creates a "cloud, insuring a clean, sate, and waste-free environment.

Simalfa 350-IR is a solvent-free dispersion roller adhesive with a water base used for the bonding of foams. The adhesive shows an excellent drying property and high flexibility. The adhesive is applied to one side using roller equipment and used with or without an IR dryer.

Simalta 374 is a water-based contact adhesive, free of solvents and chloroprene rubber (CR). By diversifying the raw materials we use in our formulations, we reduce the risk associated with those materials that are often part of worldwide shortages. With this focus in mind, we've been able to create new formulations that offer great performance characteristics while meeting both the price stability and environmental goals of our clients. These products further our industry-leading green initiatives for a healthier planet. The initial adhesive strength is achieved by adding Accelerator 40 during the spraying process. Sonlok® 3641 is a medium strength anaerobic bearing compound for continuous working temperatures up to 300°F.
