KURARAY POVAL™ 48-80 by Kuraray is a biodegradable and recyclable polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) having varying degree of polymerization and hydrolysis. It features water-solubility, excellent film forming characteristics, high tensile strength and elasticity, as well as resistance against organic solvents and dispersing power. It is a water-soluble polymer manufactured by alcoholysis of polyvinyl acetate. It is notable for its good bonding strength and pigment binding capacity because PVAs have such good cohesion and good adhesion to fibers, fillers as well as pigments. KURARAY POVAL™ 48-80 is used in a similar manner as natural products such as casein as well as starch and its degraded derivatives (for example dextrin) as raw material to produce aqueous adhesive solution. For the modification of aqueous adhesives its aqueous solution can be added to polymer emulsions already stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol which affects the extension of the open time, increase of the setting speed and influence on the rheology. KURARAY POVAL™ 48-80 is used in producing silicon-based paper that are further used as release paper for PSA labels and in remoistenable adhesives which are employed mainly in the paper processing industry and films applications.

NOMA Reyder EG 90 is an ester resin from gum rosin, disproportionated and deodorized, with excellent thermal stability.

P4G2Z-026 is a Homopolymer uses Injection Molding method for processing. It is produced with Phthalate free Catalyst Systems.

RELEASE ST6 DRY is a dry blend of synthetic resins, soluble in toluene/isopropyl alcohol. When applied on the backside of corona treated and untreated polyolephinic films, the product allows to obtain a good printability together with a good releasing effect. Primer is not necessary. The adhesive tape can be printed directly with polyamidic inks, with a one step process.

It is used in postage stamps and labels. Complies with EU Directive 67/548/EC regulation. The recommended shelf life is 12 months.

HiFi Industrial Film PMX749 is a high opacity white polyester film with a glossy satin finish and a pre-treatment on both surfaces to promote adhesion to many printing inks and industrial coatings. This product can be used as a base for pressure sensitive labels, security printing and pre-paid card, multiple use tickets and many other general printing applications.

Bitoner Resin BT-1115 is a thermoplastic aliphatic resin obtained from polymerizing unsaturated aliphatic petroleum feedstock.

ichemco COLOR TAPE HM AVANA 81 is a very efficient brown pigment masterbatch aimed at coloring adhesive masses, either solvent or hot-melt based. No solvent is involved. It is a free-flowing product and is suitable for a continuous adhesive production process. The addition of COLOR TAPE HM AVANA 81 to the adhesive does not practically modify the adhesive properties, including aging, and is not cause of corrosion to the metal parts of production plants.
