AGC Chemicals Americas, Inc. Fluon® ETFE C88AXMP-HT is a high-performance melt-processable copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and ethylene that is designed for use in automotive applications. It offers improved thermal stability and performs better at higher temperatures than standard ETFE, with a maximum operating temperature of 200ºC. Its enhanced stress crack resistance, abrasion resistance, and mechanical strength make it suitable for ultra-thin layer insulation in vehicles and aircraft where reducing carbon footprint and increasing fuel efficiency is important.

Tasnee LD 1925F is a Low Density Polyethylene with a Melt Flow Rate of 2.0 g/10min (190°C/2.16 kg). Tasnee LD 1925F is mainly recommended for crosslinked and non-crosslinked foam applications. It designed to provide uniform cell distribution during LDPE foam extrusion process. Special additive package is used to control the foam cell structure so that uniform cell size and distribution occurred during foam extrusion process. It has a suitable molecular structure and special additive package for providing control and uniform foam cell structure and excellent mechanical properties to the foam. Tasnee LD 1925F can be easily processed on all types of LDPE foam extrusion equipment. The melt temperature is recommended to be in the range of 160 - 200°C.

SAHARA H 034EM is a polypropylene homopolymer used for extrusion and thermoforming applications. This product is formulated with a low water-carry-over additive package.

Tasnee PP H3080 is a Polypropylene Homopolymer with a Melt Flow Rate (MFR) of 8 g/10min. Tasnee PP H3080 is designed for cast polypropylene (CPP) film, both for metallization and general purpose applications with excellent processability characteristics. Osterlene® PPH035LWC is a polypropylene homopolymer designed for injection molding, general purpose, and Low Water Carryover applications.Suggested uses for PPH035LWC includes tape, slit-film, fibers, containers, closures and housewares.Osterlene PPH035LWC meets the requirements of the Food and Drug Administration, 21 CFR Section 177.1520. COPYLENE® CH020-01 is a polypropylene homopolymer resin designed for BOPP (biaxially oriented polypropylene) film extrusion applications. It is made with a non-phthalate catalyst.

DuPure G 86 E is a polypropylene homopolymer (produced with a phthalate-free catalyst) for extrusion and thermoforming applications. DuPure G 86 E shows an easy processability and a good stiffness/impact balance at ambient temperature. The extremely low water carry-over is a special advantage for the production of tapes.

Polyplastics Group Topas® 7010F-600 is a robust film extrusion grade designed for blending with polyethylene (PE). It is a moderate clarity amorphous resin with high stiffness, moisture barrier, chemical resistance, thermoformability and purity for food and general purpose applications. It is used in blends in both cast and blown processes, and in monolayer and multilayer products. Leading film applications include twist wrap, forming webs, protective packaging, shrink films and labels, and easy tear packaging. Industrial uses include formed PE and PP sheet products. For property enhancement at elevated temperatures, higher glass transition temperature (Tg) grades of TOPAS are recommended.

Polyplastics Group Topas® 9903D-10 is a very low glass transition temperature (T g =33°C) film extrusion grade. It is designed to deliver high shrinkage at low temperatures in shrink packaging applications. It is a moderate clarity amorphous resin with high stiffness, moisture barrier, chemical resistance, thermoformability and purity for food and general purpose applications. It is used in blends in monolayer products, and alone or in blends in multilayer films. It can be used in both cast and blown film processes. The leading film applications are shrink films and labels. For property enhancement at elevated temperatures, higher glass transition temperature (Tg) grades of TOPAS are recommended. Due to the low glass transition temperature of this grade, shipment and storage of pellets at room temperature or below is strongly recommended.
