GEHR POM® 10 PE (GLIDE) are used for tribological applications in which increased sliding wear is to be expected, POM-10PE is frequently used, whose sliding properties have been significantly enhanced. This type of POM-C with modified sliding properties also has a raw material food contact approval.

GEHR POM® 10 PE-TF (GLIDE) is new material in which the tribological behavior (friction) has been optimized by incorporating solid lubricants. Thanks to these solid lubricants, we achieve a high wear resistance, a low coefficient of friction and thus a good dry running capability. In addition to the standard features, these plastic materials also have excellent emergency running properties, good damping properties as well as optimized chemical resistance and oxidative stability. Their abrasion behavior is also positively influenced by the firmly integrated PTFE additive, which is not harmful to health

Manifattura Cattaneo POM c+PTFE is a Well-distributed combination of acetal resin + PTFE that highlight both the characteristics of POM C and those of PTFE, increasing the smoothness; therefore it has a low coefficient of friction and better resistance to wear and to temperature.

The semi-finished products in Manifattura Cattaneo POM c are more resistant to hydrolysis, strong alkalis and thermo-oxidant degradation.

Kocetal K100 is a high viscosity grade and suitable for extrusion and injection moldings.

POM GR-20 is a grade of Reinforced Polyoxy-methylene(POM) which offers good mechanical properties, heat resistance, excellent resistance to creep, anti-abrasion, good dimensional stability, good flow and processibility. Reinforced POM is used for gear, valve body, pressure vessel, mechanical shells, precision instrument parts, automobile parts, such as door lock, automatic, heater control unit, etc.

Nylene Duratel MF9-GF10 is 10% glass fiber reinforced general purpose acetal co-polymer. Duratel MF9-GF10 has increased strength and stiffness over unreinforced acetal. MF9-GF10 retains the chemical resistance and lubricity inherent in acetal materials. This product is suitable for brackets and levers, valve bodies, and other applications requiring this unique blend of properties.
