MOCOM Compounds TEDUR® L 9560 is a Polyphenylene Sulfide base polymer with a 50% mineral filler/additive system that offers improved surface appearance and high surface gloss. It is used for injection molded parts in the automotive and machinery market segments and typical applications include reflectors. For best results, pre-drying conditions should be in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 130-140°C for 2-4 hours, depending on moisture content, followed by processing injection molding with melt temperature 320-340°C and mold temperature greater than 140°C.

It has improved surface appearance, high surface gloss, and is metallizable. Pre-drying conditions include drying in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-4 hours depending on moisture content at 130-140°C. Processing injection molding requires a melt temperature between 320-340°C and a mold temperature above 140°C. Typical applications include reflectors for automotive, lighting and consumer products.
