MOCOM Compounds TEDUR® L 9560 S is a Polyphenylene Sulfide injection molding grade with 50% mineral filler/additive system. It has improved surface appearance, high surface gloss, and is metallizable. Pre-drying conditions include drying in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-4 hours depending on moisture content at 130-140°C. Processing injection molding requires a melt temperature between 320-340°C and a mold temperature above 140°C. Typical applications include reflectors for automotive, lighting and consumer products.
