S-379-H is a synthetic wax with a DSC peak melt around 100°C and corresponding low onset of melting. Shamrock’s product line of micronized waxes provide rub and abrasion resistance. Included in this line are products that provide gloss, matting, clarity, and controlled slip in a range of particle sizes.

OTech Platinum TF721 is the world’s first platinum particle-free conductive ink that allows metallization into a full-coverage smooth platinum layer. This form of platinum can find an application as a coating for medical components or even decorative (plated) purposes. OrelTech’s unique process allows the deposition of highly conductive thin metallic films. The thin layers undergo short development using cold plasma treatment resulting in a fine metal structure. OrelTech’s technology enables the deposition of the ink with many different methods and on various substrates, from plastics to fabrics. Catana™ EPOX 2015 is a distilled min. 98% grade of 2-ethylhexylglycidylether. Catana™ EPOX 2015 main use is as reactive diluent for high viscosity epoxy resins applied in high solids coatings, tooling, flooring, adhesives, etc.

TexMATTE 6005 is a cross-linked polymethyl methacrylate product.

GP® CL-7002 phenolic resin from Georgia-Pacific Chemicals is a thermoplastic novolac. It is used as a crosslinking resin for epoxy and polyester resins. Its low phenol content, convenient softening point, and melt viscosity are conducive for use in powder coatings.

HydroCER 584 is a 35% aqueous dispersion of high molecular weight polyethylene wax. The HydroCER products are wax emulsions, dispersions, or a combination of these.

S-395-SP5 is a synthetic wax with a DSC melt peak above 120°C, good crystallinity, and the high onset of melt. Shamrock’s product line of micronized waxes provides rub and abrasion resistance. SST®-2 is a white low MW PTFE micropowder with particle size distribution at a mean value of 8 µm. SST®-2 products are Shamrock’s PTFE micropowders that are defined by particle size and distribution, molecular weight, crystallinity, surface area, oil adsorption, powder flow, and color. Made primarily from highly controlled recycled PTFE feedstocks, SST® products are used for their ability to produce slip, nonstick, water repellency, texture, release, rub, and abrasion resistance to surfaces.

SPP-300 is a low molecular weight polypropylene texturing agent. The SPP Series consists of polypropylene powders in a controlled range of particle sizes. These products are stir-in powders that can be easily dispersed under high-speed mixing in solvent, UV, or water-based inks & coatings.

HydroCER 605 is a 50% active blend of high molecular weight polyethylene (PE) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) dispersed in water.

S-483 is a spherical synthetic wax with a DSC melt peak above 110°C. It has good onset of melting and low crystallinity. NBR 1845 is essentially an acrylonitrile (17-20%) and 1,3-butadiene copolymer obtained by emulsion polymerization method with the use of fatty acid soaps as emulsifier in accordance with the ecologically clean technology. Low content of acrylonitrile, good frost-resistance, satisfactory oil resistance.

CeraSPERSE 31 is carnauba wax compounded in Butyl Carbitol (Diethylene glycol monobutyl ether). This slow-evaporating, hydrophilic glycol ether provides compatibility with both polar and non-polar systems. Shamrock’s CeraSPERSE products are manufactured using a controlled crystallization process that allows the production of 1 micron wax dispersions. These wax compounds have a translucent appearance with a shiny gloss and a creamy feel. In addition to our standard products, Shamrock can develop and produce a wide range of compounds on a make-to-order basis.

Hydrocer 257 is a stable, non-ionic aqueous synthetic wax dispersion.

Hydrocer 7112 is a stable, aqueous synthetic wax dispersion. Keep the lid tight on the container to avoid separation. If this product has separated, simple mixing with paddle or propeller mixer is all that will be required. The Hydrocer products are wax emulsions, dispersions, or a combination of these.
