National Aerospace Supply NA 1450 is a transparent blue color-tinted, heat-stabilized film produced from nylon 66 resin. NAI450 is the highest use temperature nylon film available. It is designed to be used as a high temperature vacuum bagging film for cure cycles up to 450°F.

FAIRPRENE®SG-0101 is Silicone coated Fiberglass for seal and vacuum type applications. The combination of a Silicone coating and high temperature textile produces a coated fabric with good temperature stability in harsh environments.

Jonam Composites PACA has profile consisting of discrete stripes of carbon and aramid fiber reinforced nylon-6 with an integral coating of the same nylon 6 giving a glossy splinter-free finish. The fibers used are continuous and in the longitudinal direction.

Windform® GF 2.0 is a composite material with a polyamide base, which is filled with glass and aluminum. These updated properties present improvements upon the previous Windform® GF formula with increases in thermal, mechanical and esthetic properties. Windform® GF 2.0 shows a significant improvement in the HDT (almost +8%), as well as increases in tensile strength and elongation strength, offering greater ductility than the previous version. This is useful for various racing applications and applications subject to vibrations. Windform® GF 2.0 also has excellent mechanical properties per unit of density, thanks to its lighter weight. Windform® GF 2.0 is a light gray color, with a radiant metallic sheen, which is appreciated in many design and wind tunnel applications. Improvements in detail reproduction make Windform® GF 2.0 suitable for applications which require accurate and superior surface definition, such as for proof of concept parts, or for mock castings.

Windform® SP is a carbon fiber reinforced composite polyamide material characterized by a dark black color. Windform® SP has excellent mechanical properties similar to Windform® XT 2.0, with the addition of increased resistance to shock, vibrations, and deformation. The material also shows increases in impact strength and elongation at break, as well as excellent thermal properties and resistance to high temperatures. Windform® SP is a material with optimal mechanical properties per density units. Windform® SP has waterproof properties, and is resistant to absorption of liquids and moisture.

Natex P-Preg PA11 UD 750 is a powder-coated fabric woven from flax fibers that are pre-impregnated with thermoplastic resins. It comes as NATTEX® P-Preg, Polyamide 11 with 1000 mm Width and pre-preg fabrics uni-directional in natural fibers with flax of 750 g/m2.

Nylon 66 (Polyamide 66)

Solaxis Nylon 12 CF (carbon filled) is a carbon-filled thermoplastic with excellent structural characteristics. The material is comprised of a blend of Nylon 12 resin and chopped carbon fiber, at a loading of 35% by weight. This combination produces one of the strongest thermoplastics in the FDM® material portfolio. It has the highest flexural strength of any FDM thermoplastic, resulting in the highest stiffness-to-weight ratio. Appropriate uses include strong but lightweight tooling applications and functional prototypes in the aerospace, automotive, industrial and recreational manufacturing industries. FDM Nylon 12CF is available on the Fortus 450mc™ and Stratasys F900™ 3D Printers and is compatible with SR-110™ support material.

Ipplon® DPT1000 is a high temperature nylon film for cure temperatures up to 246°C. It can be used when high temperature and high pressure are required. It is the recommended material for cures with phenolic resins.

Nylacast Moly is a cast nylon material in which improved crystallization occurs by the addition of Molybdenum Disulphide. On account of this the superficial hardness increases (providing excellent machine ability) and simultaneously the general mechanical and anti-friction properties are improved. Due to the fact that the crystal structure breaks down immediately before the melting temperature is reached, the thermal properties of the material are improved over the basic grade.

VAC-PAK® HS 8171 6/66 is a light blue-green, PA co-polymer film which remains pliable after extended cure cycles. Ideal for advanced composite fabrication and other high temperature/pressure cures up to 400°F (204°C).

Envir® PA6G3OHL-BK0701 is a 30% glass fiber reinforced nylon 6 molding resin, it is heat stabilized and hydrolysis resistant. 6G30HL is optimized for properties and processability. It is provided black in color.

AeroWindTech AWTNPP 204 is designed for vacuum bag lay-up composites, metal-to-metal bonding structures, and resin infusion layup processes. It is a white nylon with red tracers to prevent material being left behind. This Heat Set and scoured finish material is a 100% Nylon 6, 6 fiber and melts at approximately 419° F (212° C). This product is not recommended for phenolic systems. The fabric leaves a rough surface impression for priming and secondary bonding and is available in precision slit widths.

Nycast® Nyloil®MDX Blue offers three grades of self-lubricating Nylon bearing material tailored to meet your specific application. A cast nylon with built-in oil lubrication, NYLOIL provides superior machinability, performance, and durability compared to other plastic and traditional bearing materials. Three grades of NYLOIL are available to fit the most demanding applications: original green NYLOIL for most bearing applications; food-grade, Natural NYLOIL-FG for direct contact with food, and MoS2 filledNYLOIL-MDX with slightly higher compressive load capabilities than original NYLOIL. The incorporation of an oil lubricant package into the nylon matrix provides significant advantages over other bearing materials: NYLOIL-MDX is formulated with Molybdenum Disulfide filler, which promotes higher crystallinity in the cast polymer, in addition to the oil lubricant package. This yields a bearing material with more consistent intermolecular structure and generally a narrower distribution within the range of physical property values, while retaining the advanced friction properties of unfilled NYLOIL.

Vist Composite SK2VF230-1 is a heat and wear resistant co-extrusion nylon vacuum film designed for the production of complex composite parts in the aerospace industry. The film is chemically resistant to almost all binders, including bismaleimide ones. The product is used in various processes for the manufacture of parts from polymer composite materials.

LFT-G® PA66-NA-LGF20 is a Nylon 66 (Polyamide 66 Polymer Matri with Long glass fiber type with 20% fiber Content in Natural color, and and custom colors.

NBF-120 is a tough multilayer nylon/polyethylene based vacuum bagging film designed for processing of advanced composite structures such as wind turbine blades and nacelles, boat hulls and decks and other industrial structures. The film is ideal for use in polyester/vinyl ester resin infused applications with a maximum recommended temperature use of 248°F. NBF-120 is interesting due to its limited sensitivity to low humidity levels, whereas other nylon films can have reduced flexibility due to a lack of moisture. The film can also be used in the production of epoxy resins after testing chemical resistance with the specific resin.

Wrightlon® 6400 is a nylon bagging film with a good elongation for cure temperatures up to 204°C.
