MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-H A 2045/500 is a Polypropylene Homopolymer with 45% glass fibers, heat stabilized, extrusion grade, low emission, and processing stabilized. It is suitable for Pre-Drying Conditions in an air circulating dryer 80-120°C for 2-4 h, or in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer 80-120°C for 2-3 h. Processing Injection molding is done at a melt temperature of 200-250°C and a mold temperature of 20-70°C. This product is used for building and construction, sport and leisure applications, such as functional components, housings, and sports equipment. It should not be exposed to strong UV radiation and should not be stored in direct sunlight.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-H FC 1000/100 DS is a polypropylene homopolymer that has special features such as detergent solution stabilization, good hydrolysis resistance, easy release (demolding) and a slip agent, as well as being heat stabilized. It is suitable for use in the electrical and electronic, packaging, and building and construction markets for applications such as food contact, injection molded parts and exterior parts. Typical applications include functional components and housings. For injection molding, processing should be done with a melt temperature of 200-240°C and a mold temperature of 20-70°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-B B 2020/550 GF20 Pre-Drying Conditions is suitable for injection molding with a melt temperature of 200-250°C and a mold temperature of 20-70°C. The base polymer is a polypropylene copolymer with a filler/additive system of 20% glass fibers that is chemically coupled, processing stabilized, and has easy release (demolding) and heat stabilizing features. The market segment for this material is building and construction, packaging, and its application areas are household goods, power tools, exterior parts, and filter systems. Typical applications include racking/shelving, handles, housings, and functional components. For storage, this material should be kept dry, protected from light, and not above 30°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-B A 4430/120 MR30 UV is a Polypropylene Heterophasic Copolymer with 20% chalk, 10% talcum, and UV, heat, and processing stabilizers, as well as easy release (demolding) properties. For injection molding, a melt temperature of 200-250°C and a mold temperature of 20-70°C should be used. This thermoplastic is suitable for building and construction, electrical and electronic, and sport and leisure market segments, and can be used for domestic appliances, gardening tools, and exterior parts. Typical applications include housings, fixing elements, and functional components.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-B B 4020/506 MR20 is a polypropylene copolymer with 20% mineral filler/additive system featuring easy release (demolding), processing stabilized, heat stabilized, and easy flow properties. It is suitable for the packaging, building and construction market segments, and typical applications include housings, functional components, and fixing elements. For processing injection molding, the melt temperature should be 200-250°C and the mold temperature should be 20-70°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-B A 2040/150 GF40 CP is a Polypropylene Heterophasic Copolymer with 40% glass fibers, chemically coupled, with an easy release (demolding) agent, and heat stabilization. It is suitable for the market segments of machinery, electrical and electronic, building and construction, and suitable for applications such as sports equipment, interior decoration/finishing, exterior parts, and electrical components. Typical applications include functional components, housings, and fixing elements.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-B A 4930/506 TV30 is a heat stabilized polypropylene heterophasic copolymer with a 30% talcum filler/additive system. It is suitable for injection molding with a melt temperature of 200-250°C and a mold temperature of 20-70°C, providing features such as easy release (demolding) and good flow. It is suitable for use in building and construction, as well as in sport and leisure applications, such as functional components, housings, fixing elements, and bezels. Pre-drying should be done in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 80-120°C for 2-3 hours, or an air circulating dryer at 80-120°C for 2-4 hours.
