MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-B A 4930/506 TV30 is a heat stabilized polypropylene heterophasic copolymer with a 30% talcum filler/additive system. It is suitable for injection molding with a melt temperature of 200-250°C and a mold temperature of 20-70°C, providing features such as easy release (demolding) and good flow. It is suitable for use in building and construction, as well as in sport and leisure applications, such as functional components, housings, fixing elements, and bezels. Pre-drying should be done in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 80-120°C for 2-3 hours, or an air circulating dryer at 80-120°C for 2-4 hours.
