RodLock® is a two-part non sag methacrylate, structural bonding adhesive designed for the structural bonding of steel and fiberglass rods into natural stone, granite, marble and porcelain counter top products. Combined at a ratio of 1:1, RodLock has a working time of 4 to 8 minutes and achieves nearly 90 percent of its ultimate strength in 10 to 15 minutes at room temperature curing. RodLock provides high strength bonds to the above reference surfaces with generally no preparation effort. RodLock bonds very strongly to steel, stainless steel, and aluminum metals. RodLock adhesives are not UV stable, and will yellow over time and must not be used to create imperceptible seams in countertops or for seaming countertops. This yellowing will not affect bond performance, but will affect bond appearance. Due to its high strength, keep groove widths and depths to a minimum, as wide and deep grooves may cause RodLock to crack the granite upon reacting and shrinking. We are not liable for cracked counter tops due to this effect.

BD1020 is a two-part methacrylate, flexibilized, super toughened, structural bonding adhesive designed for the structural bonding of various substrates, including fiberglass, steel, aluminum, and various plastics (not low energy surfaces). Combined at a ratio of 10:1, BD1020 has a working time of 3 to 7 minutes and achieves nearly 90 percent of its ultimate strength in 10 to 15 minutes at room temperature curing. BD1020 provides high strength, superior impact strength, and very flexible bonds to the above reference surfaces with generally no preparation effort. BD1020 bonds very strongly to steel, stainless steel, and aluminum metals and will allow a great deal of movement of the substrates due to CTE (coefficient of thermal expansion) differences. SANMODUR MH-20E is tooling material (chemical board) for models & molds in various processes. It has light weight, smooth surface, excellent machinability and antistatic property painting processes can be simplified and applicable to design models, styling models etc.

Phenolic paper based grade for mechanical applications. Good tensile, compressive and flexural strength. Primarily a machining material, but may be hot punched up to .093" thick. NP610 meets MIL-I24768/12 Type PBM, ASTM D709 Type X and IEC 60893-3-4 PFCP 201.

MC511AF is a high strength, medium weave glass epoxy laminate that retains a minimum of 50 percent of its room temperature flexural strength when tested at 150ºC. Typical applications include insulation in power generation equipment and other structural applications when used in elevated temperatures. MC511AF is certifiable to MIL-I-24768/3, Type GEB.

MC511FR is a high strength, medium weave glass epoxy laminate that retains a minimum of 50 percent of its room temperature flexural strength when tested at 150ºC. Typical applications include structural applications when used in elevated temperatures. MC511FR also complies with MIL-I-24768/28, Type GEB-F. Certification to IEC standard is pending.

NP511EM is constructed of a woven glass fabric combined with a high temperature, easy machining epoxy resin. It has excellent mechanical strength and electrical properties at elevated temperatures. The continuous operating temperature is 190°C, in mechanical applications. This material meets NEMA G-11 and MIL-I-24768/3, Type GEB.

NP500A is constructed of a woven glass fabric combined with easy-machining, non-brominated epoxy resin. It is engineered to provide NEMA grade G-10 properties, but is easier to machine and more cost effective in many applications. Applications for NP500A include; low temperature thermal insulation, structural applications and various other mechanical, and electrical applications at low to moderately high temperatures. NP500A meets or exceeds the requirements of MIL-I-24768/2.

Woven glass fabric with high temperature phenolic resin. Good flexural, compressive and impact strengths at elevated temperatures. It is capable of continuous operation at 175°C. NP504 has excellent creep resistance because of the phenolic resin system. Meets MIL-I-24768/18 GPG. For NFPA 130 data please reference document NP504 Additional Data Sheet - NFPA 130. Certification to IEC standard is pending.

Canvas machining grade for structural and mechanical applications. NP310HT has better impact strength than phenolic paper grades. It meets the requirements of MIL-I-24768/16, IEC-60893-4-PF CC 201 and is designed to meet GE specification A19B15B1.

NP510A is a woven glass fabric composite combined with epoxy resin system. It is engineered to provide NEMA grade FR-4 properties. This material contains bromine on the epoxy resin backbone. NP510A is certifiable to MIL-I-24768/27, Type GEE-F.

NP130HF is a woven glass fabric composite combined with epoxy resin system, which is engineered to provide better physical properties than standard NEMA FR-4. It is significantly more dimensionally stable than NP130 or NP510A because of its low resin content. The main application for NP130HF is for “bed-of-nails” probe boards used for printed circuit board testing, and other structural applications. Certification to IEC-60893-3-2 EP GC 202

MC511SN, StatNot™, is a static dissipative epoxy, woven glass based material with excellent control of the static dissipative properties. This material is used where static dissipation is required from surfaces to surface of the composite, in the x, y and z directions.

NP511 consists of a woven glass fabric combined with high temperature epoxy resin system. NP511 has excellent mechanical strength and electrical properties from cryogenic to elevated temperatures. Continuous operating temperature is 175°C. This material meets NEMA G-11, MIL-I-24768/3, Type GEB and IEC-60893-3-2 EP GC 203.

NP310 is a canvas machining grade for structural and mechanical applications. It has better impact strength than phenolic paper grades. NP310 meets or exceeds the requirements of MIL-I-24768/16 and IEC-60893-4-PF CC 201.

NP512 is engineered to provide better physical properties than NEMA FR-4, and be more dimensionally stable than standard NP510A. Applications for this material are where enhanced flexural modulus and physical strength are desired.
