Arnitel TPC, a thermoplastic polyester elastomer, is used as a lighter, smarter, greener material alternative to conventional rubbers. Santicizer® Plasticizers offer all the benefits of high solvating plasticizers including compatibility in multiple polymer systems such as Polysulfide, PVC and Polyurethane. ELASTOSIL® LR liquid silicone rubber products are two-part silicone rubber grades which can be injection molded on fully automated machines without the need for secondary processing. They are generally platinum-curing and vulcanize under heat and pressure. As a rule, the A component contains the platinum catalyst while the B component consists of the crosslinker. They are ideal for high-volume manufacturing and so help to keep unit costs down.

Various innoprene products supplied by Kumho Polychem Co.,Ltd. are thermoplastic elastomers of polyolefin type, and they can replace the existing thermosetting products of EP(D)M or CR rubber. The material is also able to replace soft PVC that is recently being discussed for its environmental problems. Moreover, the material is of low weight, therefore it is possible to develop light-weighted products. Innoprene is a product that is already completely cross-linked and there is no need for an extra cross-link process before its ultimate use. Also, it is possible to simplify the processes and reduce the prime cost as it is an environment-friendly material allowing for an easy recycle of scraps resulted from processing. Innoprene is possible to mold using devices of extrusion molding, injection molding, blow molding and calendar processing as in normal plastic resin. ELASTOSIL® is an all-rounder for countless applications. Silicone rubbers consist essentially of silicone polymers and fillers. They cure at high temperature (HTV/LSR grades) or room temperature (RTV grades) with suitable reactants, forming a three-dimensional structure and transforming the uncured compound in a plastic state into an elastomeric rubber. Silicone elastomers are flexible at low temperatures and resistant to heat and aging (UV radiation and ozone). They are easy to process and have good mechanical properties that remain unchanged over a wide temperature range. They have a neutral taste and are biologically unreactive.

Millathane® millable polyurethane rubber comes in a number of Polyester and Polyether grades and subsequent formulary setups.
